Dr Alkaisy is an exceptional doctor. He has been my doctor for 20 years and I trust him. He understands my health conditions and concerns and takes time to listen to me when I am struggling.

Booked appointment for smear test , was not looking forward although had a few , but still find them difficult however the nurse practitioner was lovely , she was kind and actually very calming and spoke to me through the procedure which was thorough but swift !

I booked an appointment for Fluvaccine,but when reached there amet the nursre after a short waiting I was told you are not entitled for flu vaccine as you are not above 65. But last year I got Vaccine they could have told me this change od rule while booking appintment,(I am 63).

I have been with this surgery for years and although others closer in distance now, I would not move. It gets frustrating at times when phones are busy, but I find the reception and medical team go above and beyond to help. I visited the surgery, was dealt with politely at reception and was called in ahead of my appointment time. My Dr listened and took steps to deal with my issue on the day.

Came for a medication review, was seen quickly and given some great advice. Very happy with the service I received from the pharmacist and the admin staff, well done to all.

Had a diabetes check and a flu jab By a lovely nurse who explained to me the whole time The reception ladies are lovely and friendly and help as much as possible My Doctor is the best

Awesome. Excellent service. Did blood at surgery with two days got a call from surgery to see the Doctor to discuss results of test. Dr immediately sent a referral to diabetic team to see me. Amazing service received.
