Although the appointment was not running to time the doctor I saw was very thorough and explained everything to me. Also felt like I could ask questioned and took time to answer them.

Had a wonderful experience at this GP surgery. The doctor was incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this GP center for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care!

Phoned at 8am managed to get a telephone consultation. Spoke to the doctor and he fitted me in for a face to face appointment within 2 hours of my telephone appointment.

I went to Pilch lane Practice yesterday morning. I am very pleased with how good and efficient the service was. I was seen to fast and everything was sorted will the best help i could have asked for.

When I visited this day I was taken care of told about my illness in detail and I felt cared for which was good as I have a lot health issues thank you.

I had a bad experience at this practice I was told I had cancer I have never been tested or had had symptoms so I left

I have seen one particular doctor on numerous occasions and he puts my mind at ease when bringing my children in to see him.

I turned up slightly early and greeted by a very friendly receptionist who said it was not a problem. I was seen on time by the doctor who explained everything to me clearly and throughly.
