My partner and I are new to the area and the practice, so this was our first experience of using the services after registering just a few weeks ago. We went in for our Flu & Covid shots and the speed and efficiency of the service was very impressive. Both of us were in and out in less than 5 minutes! The staff and volunteers were both friendly and helpful, guiding us through the one-way system they had created, to the correct rooms for our jabs and then safely back out again. Great service and all with a smile! :-) Steve

I have had some ongoing issues since January 2022 and I have found that this practice has gone out of its way with numerous scans/tests etc to try to resolve my problems of which I am very grateful, they are also one of the firsts practices in the area to call us up for our flu and COVID boosters also I find all the staff very friendly. The only thing that's an issue is getting through on the telephone.but I do find the triage online is brilliant.

I continue to receive great all round care from the Doctor,Nurses,specialist nurses & receptionists They are always caring and supportive even when they are pushed to their limits with covid etc and would have no hesitation to recommend this surgery to friends & family.

Visit for Covid and flu jabs - also was given health check- which I haven’t had for over 6 years. Everything went smoothly and all staff were extremely helpful 🤗🤗.

I attended a special clinic for my flu and covid booster jabs and was very impressed with how smoothly everything ran. The volunteers were friendly and helpful and the short wait was apologised for.

I’ve had issues with blmc in the past. I believe things are improving. I had covid/flu jabs recently early on Saturday morning. It was very professionally done, simple and straightforward. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The volunteer helpers were delightful. Well done.

I booked flu jabs and coronavirus jabs on the same day. I was given an exact time. I arrived a couple of minutes before to find a lengthy queue outside. From then it took nearly an hour to get both jabs done. Fortunately the weather was good. No explanation given as to why there was a queue. Once I sat down for my coronavirus jab the nurse could not work the computer so further delays. She then asked if I was on any immune suppressant medication (which I am). I told her what it was and she did not check what effect this may have her logic was you've had previous jabs so you will be OK.

Dear patient, unfortunately we experienced a fridge failure on Saturday which created a delay first thing in the morning. In order to still provide vaccinations we had to source vaccines from elsewhere and there may have been a delay in communicating this whilst we were working on a recovery plan. We communicated this as best as we could as soon as we were able to and we are sorry that this information did not reach you. The clinicians are fully trained on administering the vaccines and this is a standard question to check before administering. Thank you for your review. Burton Latimer Medical Centre.
