Today I received the most thorough check-up I have ever had and I am 70 years old. The GP I saw was Manjit Gill.

Very helpful receptionist and Dr was lovely with my child. Very thorough and helpful. I have seen this Dr several times and he is always very lovely.

Had a health check today. GP completed this for me so that I did not need to make another appointment at a later date. I was very grateful. Reception staff are helpful and friendly too. I have never had any issues with this practice so I would highly recommend.

Listened to my problem and gave me a thorough check. Explained what he was doing and made me feel comfortable. Answered my questions so I could understand what was going on. Really did reassure me as I was worried about my symptoms.

Very happy with my treatment today. The reception staff are always lovely, polite and helpful. The doctor gave me time and worked with me to find a solution to my problem. Also offered good advice moving forwards which I very much appreciated.

The practice GP has been exceptionally helpful regarding an ongoing medication problem. He has listened to everything I've said and has, at every stage, given clear and useful advice. He has provided follow-up appointments, to ensure that the problem is looked at stage by stage. He has been thorough, courteous and conscientious throughout.

Doctor was approachable and professional and very thorough. Dr explained things clearly and effectively. Dr concluded the appointment with a summary of the plan which is very helpful. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately I had to wait several weeks for the appointment. Overall a very good experience just needs more appointments.

The Dr's at this practice are brilliant. They listen and discuss your needs. They take the time to understand and identify your needs. I have only been here just under a year. The best move I have made registering at this Dr's reminds me of the doctors practices of years gone by. So I am very happy 😊 the receptionist are fab too.

I’m a fairly new patient at Dudley Wood and have had only good experiences. Whenever I have needed an appointment I’ve managed to get one on the same day and have got straight through the reception when calling. The reception staff are always helpful and lovely to speak to. I’ve always found the Doctors to be very thorough and very professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

When we are fully booked we offer appointments at the Winter Hub (Shire Oak surgery) so that our service users never miss out on seeing a clinician in a timely manner. I had an appointment today. We have used this surgery for a long time and our family has been well cared for by the staff. Today was no exception. I had several health issues that I wanted to discuss and I felt that I was dealt with in a very patient and kind manner. I was listened to carefully and not rushed in any way. it was no problem to arrange follow up and I was even given time to discuss something that was not related to my appointment today. All in all a caring and effective practice.
