I have found it quick and easy to obtain GP advice and assistance when required. The practice is working hard to improve communication with patients, including through reception and support staff

I got same day appointment whenever I want for my daughter. And all doctors are very good. And treatment as well good.

Went for my daughter’s flu jab. The nurse was very helpful & caring. She made my daughter relaxed before giving her the jab

I and my wife have registered in this practice very recently. When I made a request for a face to face appointment, I was not so hopeful about a satisfactory response ( because of my experience with my earlier surgery). To my great surprise, I got an appointment the very same day. The GP was very kind and polite and listened patiently to my problems. He arranged further investigations which were also scheduled as quickly as possible. My ECG was also done in the same practice. A follow up appointment has been offered quickly and I booked my appointment. The booking system is also easy and clear. The receptionist has also been kind enough to guide me nicely. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the quick response and service I got from this surgery.

Always get too speak too my doctor whether face app or telephone ...I always get my checkups I am happy with my surgery

This tike I had a good experience with the GP that I saw. She was very understanding and spoke to me with respect. She listened to the problem and discussed the options with me whilst recommending treatment.

I have just been on a goose chase to find the medicine that was prescribed to me. Got sent a text saying it is at Bell Pharmacy - went there to find out it wasn’t stocked and now driving around from pharmacy to pharmacy to find a place that stocks it. Ridiculous - very disappointed in the service that I have received.
