    I have fungal infection . I write a doctor letter they give me an appointment after more than one month!!! I write to doctor about other’s problems they take only 2min for talk!! How can you explain in 2 minutes about your allergy problems, your breathing problems!!! The worse practices I have ever seen in London.

    I have been with this practice for a year. It is easy to get an appointment either face to face or by telephone. Every member of staff from reception, health care assistants, nurses and doctors have been very thorough and caring. I had my annual review today and left feeling happy that I am with this practice.

    I have been with this practice for over 30 years and have always found doctors and staff polite, friendly and helpful. The excellent receptionists always help me with the repeat prescriptions as I have trouble with online forms. They are patient and always ready to help or explain something. Of course you have to wait on the telephone, it is a busy practice. I am 85 and they are always patient and kind.

    Harsh Receptionists who attends calls. I would go for a zero or negative star if an option exists. I recently made an online request on 02-02-2023 for a doctor appointment to discuss on the medication I have been using as my retest for a treatment is due. Even after a week I didn't receive any response. I called up GP reception and explained my situation, she keeps on saying that GP has sent a link to you to book an appointment, but I didn't receive any. I was asking for a resolution that it should not happen in future, she wasn't able to help me. Later I asked to book appointment on my behalf and I was shocked to hear that she's suggesting a date after 20 days.I requested and asked I have made a request on 2nd Feb could you please give an appointment early. She was rude and was just saying to opt for the date she proposed or go to urgent care. I don't understand for a follow up consultation to get the tests prescribed, how on earth we can approach Urgent care? Really rude and senseless.

We are sorry that you did not receive the text message with the link to book your appointment; please do call the surgery and our patient care team will check that your contact information is up to date to prevent this from happening in future. We apologise that there is sometimes a wait for an appointment - we are a large surgery and have recently been receiving a high volume of appointment requests from our patients. We have a dedicated team who schedule and allocate patients appointments; the team try their best to get patients seen as quickly as possible, however at times there is unfortunately a wait. On this occasion, you were offered the earliest appointment slot we had available for you, which is why our team member couldn't move your appointment forwards. If we are not able to offer an appointment within a timely manner, our team will direct you to other services such as 111 or A&E. We would like the opportunity to speak with you directly, in order for our team to investigate your concerns; please contact the surgery to speak about your experience with our Patient Care Manager, Halima.     Every time I have wanted to speak to the manager I have found them very helpful. I also find that reception try their best to help with my queries, for which I am grateful. I do think the wait for appointments is long though. If the practise can reduce the waiting time for routine appointments from a month to two weeks then I think the Gp experience would be much better.

    Last week I emailed the GP requesting an appointment with some symptoms. Received an automated response to the affect of needs to be treated now we have no appointments call 111. Then arranged follow up appointment for 9 days after saying hello we’ve managed to reschedule you appointment for two days later (as if I had requested it) when I called explained this, lovely receptionist said a GP was off sick so needed to be rescheduled. I asked to speak to the manager who later called me back - that was good. Because of how long I had been waiting for an appointment said a Dr would call by 6 and cancel my original delayed appointment. However, Dr didn’t call so will have to call again and see if I can get my original appointment. Although reception are great, the last Dr I spoke to was dismissive or my symptoms and couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. Therefore, I am in process of joining a new GP practice. I’ve only been with this one for 6 months. I hardly need to see the GP so not a problem. Also why can’t I be seen face to face? I work in NHS and see all my patients!

    No matter whatever the medical problem, my surgery has always been at arm’s length. They may not be able to help me straight away but always had ways to make you feel they care, key is to be a realist and not expect surgery to do miracles and see you right away, I haven’t been disappointed for number of years I’ve been with them. I do agree online forms can be daunting for non technical population but they always just a phone call away to guide. Keep up the fabulous service. Thank you

    I have travelled a lot and been a patient of this surgery for around 3 years and they are by far the best GP practice I have ever experienced. Its easy to make an appointment and they are very proactive in their methods. As an example I have to have 6 monthly blood tests regarding cholesterol. They remind me to book my blood tests and always contact me regarding results. I have needed a bit of extra care recently and all of the staff, from the front desk to the consultation have been wonderful and nothing has been too much trouble. As a illustration of their high standards for themselves I recently requested access to something at around 10am one morning. I received an email at 4.30pm granting the access with the opening line being 'apologies for the delay...'. I don't classify a same day response (in this case 6 hours) to be a delay! I feel cared for, I have great confidence in my GP, and contacting this surgery is always a delight. I fully recommend them ... thank you so much to all at the surgery.
