I needed to have a number of blood tests done. The member of staff taking the blood samples did so brilliantly: I didn't feel a thing! This was at 9:20 a.m. 5 hours later at 2:20 the results of sixteen texts were given to me via the Patients know best website. Very efficient, thank you!

Had blood tests today with the nurse, and it was as pleasant an experience as blood tests can be. We chatted while he was drawing bloods, and he seemed genuinely interested in how I was. I've almost always had a good experience with this surgery and don't have any trepidation about going.

Waiting was reasonable. Could have some reading literature. Some of the chairs need to be replaced as the seats are worn

Great service today from the phlebotomist. But getting/making appointments can feel challenging and cumbersome and I pity those not technologically up to speed or not English first language.

I was able to check myself in and had a minimal wait to be called into surgery. The nurse who took my blood sample was friendly and professional, even remembered me from a previous visit. All nicely done. Thank you

I am nervous of needles and feel very anxious ahead of any blood test. I felt reassured by the nurse who was calm, friendly and professional. I hardly felt the needle and came away with confidence that I can go back for any further tests without feeling so anxious. The results were available later the same day, which is a great improvement on having to wait a week or so as in the past.

I was seen at the practice for a blood sample as well as an ECG. I was seen by a person who is a very professional and friendly who puts you at ease. So there is no element of anxiety as he puts you at ease.He is an asset to the medical practice
