Booked my doctor‘s appointment at 8 am, saw the doctor later in the morning had plenty of time in the consultation very professional service.

I was not sure when I moved to the area and registered how it would be. But got appointments for my sons quickly and when asked for referrals they provided that as well.

Receptionist rude, not helpful at all they don't care, called every day to book to see GP, and explained to the receptionist the issue. They are like robots, poor service,worst surgery in barnet

Pre covid this was an excellent surgery. Sadly now it is extremely difficult to obtain an appointment. Online appointment booking and e consultations hardly ever turned on . Such a shame as receptionists and gps have always been pleasant. I don’t understand why Gp service never returned to pre covid ways as everywhere else has. Was first in line for appointment but yet I had to hold for 20 minutes then when we did get an appointment it was 50 minutes later than appointment should have been.

Staff and GP were excellent. Was seen on my appointment time and was not rushed whilst talking to the GP. Helpful and kind

Receptionist and doctor both helpful and fitted me in for an afternoon appointment even though it was late in the day when I called.

How is it that within a few seconds past 8am all appaointments have gone? In the past you could see the doctor on the day or at worse the next. When the previous lead doctor left, the place went downhill.

I have prescribed a repeat prescription from hospital, that I need to take daily and I have sent repeated email to request it from surgery but still haven't been send to pharmacist. Its not the first time this happen. Also, very difficult to make appointment. I have a heart condition and I try to make an appointment to see my Gp for the last two weeks

I was requested by the practice to arrange an appointment to discuss my blood pressure. The text they sent me would not permit a reply, I was not able to arrange an appointment by phone, by visiting the website or by e-mail, for which I have had no response. I therefor visited the practice last Tuesday & spoke to the receptionist who advised me that the GP only worked two days a week & that she would arrange a telephone appointment for me & advise me of the date by phone. That was now a week ago & I have heard nothing ! I am planning to visit again tomorrow to try again. Please do not respond saying how busy or short staffed you have been. Poor admin. Unworkable procedures & bad management is to blame & needs to be rectified.

Dear Mr Rayment I am sorry to hear of your experience ,but i can see that your were sent a text on the 29.5.2023 to book an appointment and you were seen F2F on the 6.6.2023? (within the week)if that is not the case please can you contact the surgery and ask to speak to the practice manager and we will see what we can offer. It is a very stressful period for all of us but we try and do what we can.

This GP has to close down. Very bad , rude staff, extremely difficult to get an appointment not for my health but for a fit note as I've fractured(broken) my ankle. I don't recommend it at all. Please CQC close it down.
