    Professional but friendly atmosphere in the whole surgery . I was able to make a blood test at the desk! My husband was seen by 2 very competent support workers .

    Very helpful receptionist, followed by call with duty doctor and appointment within the hour. Great service thank you very much!

    My appointment was bang on time, the nurse explained everything to me and even gave me a flu jab at the same time as my shingles jab. Excellent service

    The appointment was good and helpful, but I was told the prescription would be sent to the local pharmacy, I waited there 45 minutes to an hour with no joy and suffering asthma symptoms, my partner then went there the following day as was told the GP sent the prescription to Lloyds direct. This has delayed my prescription and very inconvenient especially that the treatment is urgent. I have suffered multiple problems with the surgery and it is becoming very unreliable. I will look to change surgery soon stemming from this.

    Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent experience with the surgery. I am sorry to hear that your prescription did not go straight over to the chemist. Due to the prescription needing to be signed off, sometime this can cause a delay going straight over. Also if your nominated pharmacy is not the pharmacy that you wish for it to go to, please let the clinician know and they can send this as a one off to another chemist. Depending on the medical problem, the surgery will ask you to complete a e-consult as this will send all the information you give directly to the duty team who can review and advise what the next action is needed. This could be a urgent/routine appointment, either by phone or face to face , tests and will book in with appropriate clinician. Thank you East Shore Partnership.

    I haven't had an appointment at the surgery for a long time. Honestly don't remember the last time I saw a doctor. It's impossible to see anyone. Service is not good.

Depending on your medical problem will depend on which clinician you will see, if the appointment will be a telephone or face to face and if it is a routine or urgent appointment that is needed.

    Given an appt same day to check BP after a rather high reading at home. Seen on time and reassured when tested again at the surgery.

    Doctor did not seem to be taking in everything I was trying to explain, I know there very busy, but seem to have lost that engagement with their patients
