After sending pictures of my throat, in which you could clearly see it was swollen & infected, I had a telephone consultation & prescribed antibiotics. Was told to ring back in 2 days if no improvement. I couldn’t call as I had lost my voice & so filled in an econsult. My son then called to explain but was told it wouldn’t be looked at until today. So I attended the walk in who referred me straight to ENT emergency. I was admitted & given IV meds. I can’t help but think this could have been avoided if I had been seen in person on Tuesday.

Advice given was clear and informative. Having the phone calls answered only after 2pm is poor. Other wise good.

I received a phone call about sone concerns with my Ovarian cyst diagnosis the doctor I spoke with was very informative and helpful and put my mind at rest and explained everything in great detail I was not rushed and we spoke for some time I was very pleased with the conversation

The receptionist was polite and helpful My prescription was ready by 3.30 which was ideal as I had already missed two doses. My fault I forgot to order the repeat prescription

Everything went well with my diabetic review with the nurse but still can’t understand surgeries are not back to normal for seeing doctors.

The surgeries are back to normal but have changed in how they work. Depending on the medical concern will depend on what type of appointment is booked. My wellbeing was the main priority as to what medication there was to help with my ongoing medical issues. Time was taken to explain how they worked in conjunction with my current prescription. Came away with a positive outlook.

Nobody contacted me at the time that had been arranged. There was a call on the mobile an hour earlier but for some reason the person could not hear my wife when she answered. I tried to phone on the landline but as it was after 1p.m. I couldn't speak to anyone about this.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent experience with the surgery. I am sorry that your call was earlier than the time you were given. Normally we do not give out times for telephone appointment as the clinicians can run early or late. Our phone lines are shut between 12-2pm but there is a urgent number you can call to get through to us if needed.

That my prescription hadn't been ordered and then when I phoned the prescription line they couldn't put me back to the main line to organise my jab.
