I was invitited to take a blood pressure test, using a newly installed machine. However, the installation forced me into an unnatural posture, which resulted in unnacceptable variance in the readings, which are sensitive to height of arm relative to heart. Also, the printed records still showed time as BST. The staff were very helpful, and arranged for my blood pressure readings to be taken manually.

Took time off to go to appointment only to find out it was cancelled no one from the surgery let me know and I haven't heard anything since.

Very helpful staff member at reception to arrange a prompt alternative appointment for my flu vaccine, as I was unable to make the weekend clinic. Also the practitioner administering my vaccine was cheerful and courteous . Thank you

The receptionist had no empathy and stated i was not ill enough to go onto the duty list. Very poor service, left feeling very deflated after speaking to her.

Depending on the medical concern will depend on if the appointment needs to be a urgent or routine, a telephone or face to face appointment and they would get advise from a clinician.
