I didn’t like the GP I saw found his comments bit inappropriate but he did his job and got a referral sorted quickly

Quick appointment and got antibiotics however have spent 6 month’s now to and fro to docs about ear. Still waiting to hear back about micro suction appointment however is a 6 month wait. If booked when i first cam in could have been sorted by now. Very slow process for a simple treatment

The clinicians would of followed the NHS referral protocol. If they have not completed all the relative tests before referring you, this can lead to the referral being rejected. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment. I did not get notified about the appointment until the evening before. Unfortunately I had previously booked a Dentist appointment at the same time. I still would like to schedule another appointment. I explained this to the receptionist that I spoke to.

I had a text to warn about traffic issues and I managed to arrive on time. I was seen promptly and the doctor was so lovely and listened to my issues and followed up with a message later.

The stuff that I saw were very professional, very understanding, very caring and supportive and took time which they advised me on an issue that I had as I’ve recently had Covid and is still feeling very unwell. overall the experience was exceptional all members of staff or credit to the surgery.

Doctor was suppose to do a referral letter to the hospital in Mid July.Have found out today after waiting to hear that it hasn't even been done.Asked another doctor about it 3 weeks ago & have found out that was only sent last week.It seems you just have to keep chasing things up all the time these days.
