Was not checked in by reception, so waited over half an hour before another person checked who I was seeing.

My only negative thing is telephone rec receptionist needs to increaseto cope with the high demand in the busy and peak hours and few more doctors to be added to buffing surgery efforts should be made to cut wait time to get a appointment to see any doctor let a lone anyone specific

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent experience at the surgery. Sometime there can be a delay answering the phone and this can be for many reason. For example if there is staff sickness or staff on annual leave. I will pass on your comments to the Operations Manager.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding and the two ladies who took a blood sample were unbelievable good considering I have an aversion to needles

Can not get past the receptionist to even get an appointment when the consultant from q a hospital has referred me back to my gp and it's not the 1st time I appreciate they have a job to do but they are not medical trained

The pharmacist who spoke to me was amazing, helped just calm my mind and help me get a plan in please for what my next steps where Iv forgotten her name but I could not fault the help and guidance

How quickly I was arranged with antibiotics from first call and speaking with someone at 8:10 to sending photos as requested, to then getting a call at 8:30 advising antibiotics. Pharmacy received the prescription within the hour. Very impressed with efficiency

Very positive interaction with surgery pharmacist - she was understanding, empathetic and gave me feedback on current diet and suggestions for improvements . Took quality time to answer my questions. Very useful, helpful and encouraging.

Polite, helpful staff. Seen by appropriate professional promptly and felt reassured. Also in the system for a callback appointment in three months to check if any symptoms need further investigation. Couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you to all involved.
