Came in on Thursday 29th December to make an appointment . I got an appointment for Friday morning at 10.00. Got sorted out & got some antibiotics for my ears. Got the antibiotics at 10.20 in Lalys. Very fast & no fuss.

2 appointments one day. One with nurse one with GP. Both were on time. Both professionals were through and radiated warmth and genuinely cared. Wouldn’t use any other practice.

Was on BP tablets and my BP went down to 97 so on a Friday afternoon went to Boots and the pharmacy said stop taking them and go to your Doctors. So i called up to make a appointment with my Doctor, i was told no i have to wait for a call ,nothing by Wednesday so i called again ,someone called me back and was told to send BP results for the last week ,she didn't even know email address, i got it from your web site , To cut a story short ,because the email couldn't be found ,i had to resend it I got to see a Doctor after 6 weeks of trying to speak to someone, and not my Doctor. Nothing stood out for me ,

Not sure what this is for?? Suspect jumping the gun for next weeks appointment. Which I am beginning to feel will be pointless if had be serious would have hit worse after all this time

The Doctor I visited was very helpful and informative, he was kind and considerate, letting me take my time, I felt no pain with the injection he gave me, definitely returning if I need to see him again.

No waiting I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Went in to see the nurse who was very nice .She done tests happy with results.
