Ive tried to explain my problems and i feel they have not been listened to. I was told a dr would call me the other day and instead i received a text that did not address my concerns

I did not have to wait in a queue on the phone, I received a call back. The doctor then called me back within 10 minutes and then I was given a face to face appointment for the same morning. There was no waiting around or hassle.

The staff are so friendly and helpful look after you and make you feel human again, doctors take they time if you need special attention or treatment and care about your health and wellbeing can’t say thank you enough

this surgery is becoming no use to us as patients we no longer see a doctor and spend hours on the phone waiting for answers to our questions. Is there any doctor capable of answering our request of whether I can take the prescriptions I have be issued with after all isn't that what a doctors job is to put a patients mind at rest. We have been with this practice for 40 years but now find the quality of this practice not capable of a doctor answering a simple question without talking to a pharmacy department.
