    Ive had my appoinement cancelled literally on the same day because there is noone to speak to me down the phone. I cant get an appointment. So a telephone appointment is all im able to get, when the day comes an hour away, they cancel and say someone will get back to me. I was referred to this surgery as they have high expectations. But bring with them for a few months, ive noticed changes in the service and slowly slipping back to the way my old surgery was towards there patience.. purely slacking. Lack of staff. Or just not great as it was when i signed up to the place. Hope it gets sorted or they will lose me as a patient.

    Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for your recent experience with the surgery. Unfortunately, your appointment was cancelled on the day due to sickness, that we were not aware of until the morning of the appointment. We do try to contact patients as soon as possible when there is a reason to cancel an appointment but on this occasion we were only told on the day and this would of been why your appointment was cancelled a hour before you was due to come in. Someone from the reception team will be in contact to rebook this appointment for you. Thank you East Shore Partnership.

    The doctor I spoke to didn't listen to what I was saying and constantly talking over me. She lacked empathy to my situation and was pushing back on my fit note saying I need to get one from my employer. I am already under a lot of stress, pressure and anxiety and the phone call only asperated my mental health.

    All was good saw the diabetic nurse all good . She was sending a prescription to my chemist this was early tuesday morning chemist saying they have not recived it and i go away Saturday morning.

    I was seen by a Doctor within three hours of visiting tje Surgery. I receivedgood, professional advice from.an experienced GP.

    Great service, from reception, nurses, HCA’s to GP’s. GP called when they said they would and dealt with issue quickly and efficiently.

This could be because the patient is in the process of being registered fully if they are new to the surgery and due to this you would not be able to access online services.     The patient's in the waiting room having patients with the person we were going to see being nearly an hour late, although two people left, the rest of us were concerned he may of had an accident,

    The reception staff went above and beyond trying to sort out an administrative error which caused a lot of distress to me. They were kind courteous and professional as well as helpful
