    I went yesterday for my annual diabetes check, it was my second appointment. In both appointments the nurses were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I received very good advise and as usual I leave these meetings feeling at ease. Thank you for your advice and for your excellent work

    The receptionist on duty during my phone call and subsequent visit to the surgery was friendly, calm, clear speaking and helpful. The Dr I saw, listened attentively to my problems, only interrupting to ask pertinent questions. A small test was organised and he will follow up when the results are back. The practice is obviously busy, but the staff I saw never made me feel rushed or hurried which, being an OAP, was comforting and inspired confidence.

    I received a phone call within a few days after explaining that it wasn’t urgent . I was listened to and tests were agreed to be done which happened very quickly . I received a phone call with the results which were explained in a simple and understandable way

    Suffered extreme lightheadedness. Rang the surgery for advice and help. After filling in a short triage questionnaire on line the doctor responded within the hour and I saw a locum doctor at the surgery within an hour and a half. I answered many questions and he gave me a thorough examination and check up. He advised the necessary follow up and we were able to book in for the necessary blood tests and follow up appointment with a doctor with the receptionist immediately.

    Getting an appointment is nigh on impossible. If you do manage to get one then it's 3 weeks away. Today I tried to cancel an appointment I have for one of my children for tomorrow however when I try to phone to cancel the booking I'm in a phone queue as no. 17 which I know will take an hour to process so gave up.

    From ringing to make an appointment to referral for hip replacement surgery I have been extremely impressed with the way I have been treated by all members of staff I have encountered, and with the speed that everything has happened. I have always been very happy with the practice and this recent experience has only consolidated that feeling.

    I’ve recently had a spell of I’ll health meaning frequent visits to the surgery, every member of staff ( reception,admin over the phone, nurses, doctors) has been friendly and helpful.

    Cut my hand badly and couldn’t change the dressing myself, altho they were busy, they found me a lovely HCA who could change it within an hour of my calling

    The nurse I was booked in with for my jab was off sick but the practice still managed to fit me in between other patients. The nurse that attended to me made time to make me feel relaxed and informed. A very positive visit to the practice.
