Yesterday was quite positive as got good results from my blood tests but still didn't address all the health issues I'm experiencing although I had a double appointment!

Doctor was very nice and helpful and listened, I've never really had an issue with the doctors it's just trying to get an appointment that's the problem and when they do give you one it's like a 2-3 week wait

I asked for an appointment to assess if I need physiotherapy, and was able to book one within two weeks. The initial assessment was good and the doctor referred me to get physio. We didn’t have time to assess all the areas where I feel pain. The doctor asked me to book another session. I don’t know how this will work because my neck pain is linked to my shoulder pain. The doctor said that I should expect to hear back for my referral in two months. I hope this happens in time as I know people are waiting for a long time for treatment.

I had a very productive and helpful telephone appointment with the pharmacist at my GP surgery. They listened well, worked with me to ensure the best outcome for me and they were very approachable. I get nervous at medical appointments and they really put me at ease.

Failure to inform patients at the start of appointment that two issues will need two appointments Failure of nurses and doctors to document accurately what was discussed at appointment Leading to patient feeling stressed and extremely tired with existing health problems not been looked at

I had a very positive experience at Eltham Palace Surgery. Both communication and service was efficient and friendly. The Dr I saw was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The GP who carried out my telephone appointment was very good and efficient. All my requests regarding both medication and a further face to face appointment were carried out straight away.
