I had a chest infection and I was able to get help. I was on time and did not wait for long to be seen. 10 minutes wait is durable. The GP made a good assessment of the situation and was able to come up with the right diagnostic

I saw the doctor at the time of my appointment, and she took her time to talk to me and explain everything she needed.

I know I have a lot of medical issues and with my GP practice knowing this you would think they would contact me more instead there are many times I have gone to the GP explaining my issues and they have been ignored. After being in hospital, i’ve got a call from the pharmacist telling me that I have cavities in my bones. Many times I went to the GP and said I’m having these pains and I’m struggling with my mobility but nothing was ever addressed. The pharmacist told me two years ago there was notes about my bones but it was then discontinued and never mentioned even though I’ll bring them many times saying the same thing.. The same thing happened with me same for years that I believe I’m going through the menopause again ignored. Exit extremely difficult to get an appointment and that will hold my hands up and say I’ve missed a few, but that’s purely because I’ve been so ill. Normally there’s only one receptionist Doctors are always different and changing. I changed my appointment To a telephone appointment because I was so ill, The doctor I spoke to was unhelpful extremely blunt. I felt rushed and not listen too. I explained how painful my bones are at the moment and I’ve still not received any menopause medication. I know I have to get a dental x-ray I explained again I missed appointment so it’s going to be hard for me to get an appointment quickly. She mentioned HRT treatment, but didn’t give me any other option or choice, even though I know myself that a gel can be put on your body to help with the symptoms . In all honesty, I will be changing GPs soon.

I have needed to consult a GP on three occasions in recent months. Each time I was offered a 'same day' F2F appointment by pleasant and understanding reception staff. I have been seen by three different GPs, all new long-term locums. All consultations were thorough and comprehensive, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy for immediate collection, BP monitoring carried out and tests such as bloods, ECG and ultrasound scans arranged on the spot. On two occasions, I received 'follow-up' texts from the GPs at the surgery to enquire if treatment had been successful. Excellent service.

Got there early, was actually seen one time, which doesnt usually happen. Was seen by a very nice lady, made me feel listened to.
