The triage form is a great idea. The surgery responds quickly and decides whether your complaint is serious or it can wait for a week. The time given was not suitable, I was able to request another time in the day.

Flu vaccine it was a great service. Everyone it was so nice whid me, my son and my husband. But the aspect to book an appointment is very bad

Sent in a non urgent request on the new system at 3pm. Received a call back 15 minutes later to come to the surgery in an hour. The doctor was very friendly and efficient and I received an appointment for Barnet in December the following morning. Very impressed and would definitely recommend the surgery.

Using this new procedure with an online form I was skeptical. Trying to get a GP’s appointment has been a non starter and extremely frustrating. Being told by a GP to book a face-to-face when there are not any available despite each day trying at 10:30 I had given up hope. This new way I completed the form, got a call within 10 minutes and given an appointment within the hour. The only frustration was waiting in the surgery for well over an hour as the Dr was running behind but at least I got to see a Dr.

Dear Patient Thank you so much for your review. We changed our appointment system to a Total Patient Triage model 25.09.2024 after a lot of research, training and work behind the scenes. We are so pleased with the results and it is showing in our reviews. It has been scary for some patients and we are making sure that anyone who doesn't have access to wifi or a computer or isn't able to fill in a form, can still ring us and our wonderful care coordinators can help them fill in the form or do the form for them. This is working well, as these patients could be patients we need to spend more time and make sure they have access to other organisations. I am sorry that the doctor was running late, we do have emergencies in the surgery and also some patients need longer than others. I hope you were kept informed of the wait. A very experienced and professional team. A team in which I have great confidence. The staff are helpful and sympathetic at all times. I attended on Sunday 13th October for both flu and booster injections.

Hi Susan Thank you for taking the time to review our weekend Flu clinic and mention how organised and efficient the system was. I will pass onto the staff how friendly you mentioned they greeted you. Many had done 3 weekends in a row helping at the flu clinics on top of Monday to Friday. We are so very luck with our staff and wonderful Care Coordinators.
