Medical review which I had was very nice and doctor after sincere conversation about my opioid medications increased a little bit dosage one of my medication so from now on I will have the same dosage every day and night. Thank you for that. I lost my job twice in this year due to my severe chronic pain and the absence from work caused by this pain. I will return to full-time employment after 6 months of job searching and receiving Universal Credit. Finally, someone gave me a chance and hired me for very attractive position. I hope that the rest of the doctors and staff at E7 Health will help and do everything possible to ensure I remain employed, because despite my disability, I want to be proffesionally active and work. One more time I would like to say thank you to Doctor who conducted a medical review with me.

I got an appointment, face to face, as requested within an acceptable timeframe; the medical assistant’s focus and attention on my concerns was very apparent; the advice given was appropriate; her manner was polite, friendly and encouraging. Excellent.

The GP was not my usual doctor which I was not very comfortable and apprehensive. I am generally satisfied and very pleased with the care and treatment I get from the team at E7 health but this time was very disappointing. My worries and anxieties about my current condition which was acknowledged by another GP at the practise was not shared by this GP. He dismissed my family history and questioned my worries by making jokes. Plus he called me deary and sweety which I never had experienced before.He suggested that I should calm down when I was explaining myself as he didn’t know me. I have left the room feeling like I was belittled and patronised. I will get in touch with the surgery again and ask an appointment with my own GP and never would like to be treated by him anymore. I feel so upset as a woman how a GP as a male can make me feel so stupid!

I applied for a letter from my GP on the 25th November though the online form received a response to fill in two separate online forms which I done I them contacted them a week later asking if it had been done 02/12/24 I was told it hadn’t been received and even got a text stating this do I redone the online form again on the 4/12/24 I received a text to pay and I thought the letter was done so went in the receiptionist told me no it would be another 30 days I explained I originally sent the request 15 days ago and she looked and agreed but said that’s only a week ago I said I thought that wasn’t received. Then the practice manager came out I explained the urgency of my request explained that I originally sent the request 15 days ago she then stated (well I never received it ) I said that wasn’t my fault and she said well it’s not mine but as practice manager it should be. She then stated in front of the whole surgery I smell a alcohol I said it’s not me I don’t drink and was left feeling completely embarrassed and had to leave even if I had had a drink being belittled in front of the whole surgery is discrimination and disrespectful and not good customer service especially from someone that works for the NHS as this was the practice manager who should know how to do her job

As a vulnerable person, l don’t think l should go online to book to request to see a doctor. I feel whenever l call reception to see the doctor, they should give me appointment to see the GP while l am on the phone with them. Thanks

I needed to make an urgent appointment on top of an existing check up with a nurse that I already had scheduled for that day. I was found a doctor's appointment within half an hour of my existing appointment and received kind and professional service.

I had my first in person Social Prescriber appointment, as in the pandemic these were over the phone. Seeing someone in person made an even bigger difference. I was very anxious as I had had a number of difficult situations I was struggling to know what to do about. I received very relevant information which has helped massively since the appointment with these difficulties. I was also connected to brilliant opportunities in the community to continue my recovery and receive support I couldn’t otherwise afford financially. I was also given space to express myself fully, share my fears and worries and felt heard listened to with depth, empathy and sensitivity. I was also able to share about a fathers project I have been involved in; so that other fathers could benefit from it, so I felt that I could pay forward some of the support I had received and felt useful which was good for my self esteem. I left the appointment feeling lighter, less anxious and better able to face the difficulties that I have been experiencing. I am extremely grateful in appreciation and have huge respect for the service and the professionalism of all involved especially our social prescriber. Many Thanks
