My GP practice is phenomenal the whole Team starting with the care consideration and dignity afforded to patients by the reception and office team. Every GP I have seen is really professional my regular GP has helped me remove self stigma around my mental health as well as restore dignity and self esteem. He is always thorough, polite, highly professional and skilled in all areas and exceptionally so with mental heath. I feel seen, understood, heard and cared for with dignity as a equal human being. If I have another health issue I can raise it with him and I am sent for checksups, the latest of which found a potentially life threatening aneurism which would never have been found had the test on another area not been done. I owe my recovery and possibly even my life to my GP and the practice team as many men are not cared for to this extent and take their own lives; the biggest killer of men my age in the UK. They are priceless and deserve awards for their professionalism and care.

I m with the surgery for last 11 years, never been disappointed. Unfortunately had to move farther but couldn't leave them. They are great people with caring doctors. Really respect for them all from receptionists to doctors. Keep it up guys :)

The doctor checked my son and she informed me about the therapy. She updated my son allergy information in the system, that was a very good thing to do. She informed me about next steps in case the problem will persist. She was very efficient.

I attended to see nurse to be informed my routine test was not due according the system and information on it as my previous test had been entered twice in January and then September 2019. I did not have this test done in September 2019!! I had received an NHS letter to remind me to book this which I always do in the month of January. I insisted it was due - test then done.

Met with a lovely GP for a health check for my baby. She chatted about my concerns with me and explained everything patiently (to a sleep deprived mother that was appreciated) - I left with a plan in place. Excellent!

I find some of the receptionist can be quite rude. When ring up u get told to to go online if if u have tried online, also if it’s about medication they tell u have ti book an app or phone consultation which is fine but it’s always a week wait which isn’t good sometimes as u may require medication before that date

It is very difficult to have any continuity in terms of treatment by practitioners. . Prior to transferring to e7. I was with lord lister practice, grossly inadequate I agree, but at least both doctors knew me by and I didn’t have to relate my complicated medical history every time I needed a consultation. I supposedly have had a named doctor for the last 3 years but have yet to see him. On two occasions I have been given an annual review within weeks of each other. As the titles were slightly different I did go to both only to discover the questions were identical and inappropriate given my medical condition. The outside agency employed to carry out these surveys had no access to medical records and was clearly disturbed and bemused by response to dietary habits (I cannot swallow and am intravenously fed, have been for 16 years). To conclude there are just too many practitioners employed on too part-time a basis for this practice to approach ‘good’ despite the caring attitude of many working in this practice.

Even though my appointment was delayed about 30min, the doctor was very attentive and professional. My only recommendation is regarding reception staff, they always look like "why you bothering me now".

Friendly staff building was clean plenty of chairs for sitting also had toilets which was good. But also feel some rooms sre empty and could be used for other things like blood test so all done in one place.
