    The doctor was very attentive and willing to listen. I had a follow up instigated by her following a phone call to check on progress and she was concerned I was not getting any better.

    Having completed the Anima proforma at about 7am I was contacted by the surgery at 11 am. An appointment was arranged for 2:20 pm. Very pleased with the prompt service.

    I have been unwell and had been seen promptly and put on Antibiotics. On the final day of the treatment i called the surgery to say i was no better. I had a phone call back within the hour and was again seen immediately. Great service and care.

    The story goes like this. Tried to reach over phone. After long wait reception sent me to their online services which first didn’t work. After a while of answering questions the online service sent me to 111. I called 111 and they said it is not urgent and sent me to pharmacist who said he can’t do anything. One week later I had worse symptoms. I reach private online GP. She said I have to be seen in person and the protocol is I have to go to my GP in person. The same story - call, online, 111. Finally my records were send to my surgery from 111 and from online private GP. I reached the reception who fortunately got one of those two letters. She said she will contact „urgent team”. I got a call from lady, so impatient, she could not stop interrupting me over the phone with attitude „what do you want”? However, I got finally to see the GP in person at Fordingbridge Surgery and got antibiotics. Two weeks and five hours on the phone. Ten times telling the same story. Inefficient place with mostly tired people.

    Dr was understanding and helpful re procedure required giving guidance beforehand. After procedure he also looked at blood result I was concerned about and explained what would now happen.

    Wow wow wow….. New to this practice and so impressed…..Lively receptionist.. easy to get appointment…. Fantastic Doctor who listened and took time … needed follow up tests & treatment… sorted there and then fantastic from start to finish

    Despite been very over stretched all the staff are caring and helpful. The online system is perfect for repeat prescriptions and give access to test results. The anima contact system is easy to use and provides assurances and advice or if necessary a face to face appointment quickly.

    The Practice receptionists and Nurse Practitioner have been fantastic over the past few days. I called in about a medical issue with my 83 years old Mum and within an hour, I had send photos, spoken to the nurse, and had a plan and a back-up plan. It was easy, quick and responsive. Really felt listened to by people who care.

    I had a health problem overnight and contacted the practice through Anima. I received an immediate confirmation of receipt and in under 3 hours an electronic response to say a doctor would call me by the end of the day. I got a call in early afternoon and following a discussion an appointment with the same doctor in late afternoon. He undertook a procedure to resolve my problem and gave me a prescription which was quickly dealt with by the dispensary. I have had a couple of other experiences following use of Anima in the last 2 years, again excellent.
