I have had an ongoing issue which is still under investigation. The doctor I have seen has been thoroughly attentive and supportive and has explained everything to me at every step of the way involving me in the plan and assuring me that she is taking all concerns seriously. I feel extremely well listened to and very grateful to be treated with such respect and thoroughness.

Both the receptionist who spoke to me on the phone and the nurse that I saw were so caring and supportive. The nurse was exceptional for in the way she explained procedures and explained after care. I felt really listened to and left the practice feeling that I had really been taken care of.

Called into surgery to book appt not expecting anything that day. Within an hour had a call and went down immediately. Was seen by a nurse who dealt with my issue very efficiently. Thank you

Very informative and comprehensive review. I have had some reviews from the surgery before but not for a while with a specialist nurse. She was excellent, very good at explaining and with very clear pictures.

This surgery has provided outstanding care for me and my family. I have managed to get appointments rapidly and have always found them to listen and genuinely act upon what I and my family have said. The proactive care and precautionary approach to several issues, the most recent being an investigation into stomach issues, have led to rapid escalation when needed and have led to me (and my family) getting thorough investigations booked in rapduly. I have had excellent care from this surgery, on multiple occasions and they have genuinely helped and cared over the years.

Using the surgery's on-line booking service I received a very quick response with an appointment made to see a doctor that afternoon. By completing the on-line questions the doctor who I was seeing had information regarding my concerns to hand already but was able to recap / clarrify at our consultation

Really skilled frontline receptionists; Excellent listening doctors (I seem to have met most of them and they have just been amazing with my 87-year-old mother and my own concerns);?Great advanced nurse practitioners. Really excellent service and if they are struggling in line with everything everyone reads in the newspapers, they conceal it extremely well.

A nurse rang me very soon after I had rung the surgery and talked to me in a very kind , friendly and sympathetic manner and prescribed cream which I collect twenty minutes later . A truly wonderful service and I am most grateful .
