From the reception staff who go out of their way to help to the GP appointments, I can fault this practice. They have remained an accessible service throughout some extremely challenging times and put patient care before anything else. I listen to lots of other people grumbling about their experiences at other practices and I feel extremely lucky to come here. Thank you

Thoroughly recommend emailing the surgery with a request. I sent mine on the Mon and had received a reply with my request actioned the next morning! Thank you to all concerned.

My husband and I chose this surgery as it had great reviews from patients.We we’re given excellent support in the time we were with the doctor, he was excellent in listening and understanding us both, so much better than our other doctors we moved from, we’re now getting referrals to help with our health issues, something that hasn’t been looked at before.We we’re very impressed how efficient the doctor was and had time to make us feel so relaxed and comfortable and very satisfied with all the doctors help, and not forgetting the very pleasant receptionists which were really helpful with information too.Thankyou to all staff, nurses and doctors, keep up the good work.

Without any consultation my repeat prescription was changed to a generic brand again without my knowledge. This brand does not agree with me as I discovered last time it was changed . I was without any medication over a weekend & will have to join phone queue Monday morning to try & sort this out. Not ideal!

I always had a very good experience with Forrest. Appointments are easy to book and readily available ( I have no preference for who will see me ) . Always been helpful, Receptionists, Doctors ,Nurses.

Had to phone after having paramedics out and was seen face to face next day. Doctor was very thorough in his examination and gave me appropriate treatment

Average Response When You try and get Appointment Doctors Are Excellent And also NursesThey try and Do referrals and Tests which needs Doing very Efficiently
