It took time for a none urgent blood test , but once done the replies were back within the week. Which I considered to be very swift. Treatment was pursued the same day as results returned.

Went in for flu jab & was offered covid jab as well. Very friendly & efficient staff. This has always been the case whenever I have needed to go to the Surgery.

Staff are quite friendly, have time to explain things. Doctors are very helpful, even under extreme workload and pressure. Recent flu/covid jab was really efficient, I was dealt with extremely quickly.

I visited the surgery on Tuesday 19th September. As I am new to the practice, it was my first visit to see a GP. The experience was totally different from my previous doctor's. The doctor was lovely and listened very carefully to me and I didn't feel rushed or that there was a time limit. She was very thorough and very kind. I am confident that I've found a practice with doctor's who are thorough and experienced. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Attended the surgery for the flu & Covid jabs. Although there were several people waiting, the queue was handled well and moved quickly. The procedure was carried out without any discomfort and the staff were very friendly. Also a mention for the volunteers who supported the vaccination programme- they did a great job.

The doctor was very helpful with all my queries, it was all explained very thoroughly to me.Time and patience was apparent and I felt very grateful to be given great service and advice.

During my visit was met with the utmost courtesy. The receptionist was very polite and the nurse was very nice and able to explain my condition in detail.

My wife recently had an X-ray commissioned by Forrest MedicalCentre. If I here posted exactly how quickly the result was not only reviewed by the commissioning doctor , but then how soon thereafter the doctor texted my wife with the good news, readers would think it 'incredible'......... i.e. 'difficult to believe', 'extraordinary'...... This is a seriously good, 5 star practice. Jim Conry.
