On arrival the receptionist was very polite and understanding I only waited five minutes to see the doctor and he was very helpful understanding and sorted me out said I needed a blood test to make an appointment to thinking that I would have to go back another day I went to see the receptionist and to my belief I had my blood test there and then excellent service would highly recommend this practice

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a GP appointment, they did not listen to my concerns & gave wrong advice, leaving ASAP. Decision made by GPs and practice manager leaving patient at risk.

Thank you for your review, we use all reviews positive or negative as a learning experience. As a practice we are responsible for the health and well-being of all our patients. Sometimes as a practice we need to make clinical decisions that may go against what a patient 'wants'. Clinical decisions are made in the best interest of the patient, it may feel like the practice or the clinician does not care, this is not at all what is meant or intended, we as a practice hold firmly to the good medical practice of "First, do no harm". My son is on a medication that is currently difficult to get. Following two phone calls with the Clinical Pharmacist, she was able to help, advice and support us by researching and then slightly changing the prescription to a medication that is not only suitable but is also available, with the GP's approval. I am so impressed and delighted. Thank you so much.

Had a very helpful and clear chat with the practice pharmacist about my wife's medication. Changing the pharmacy I used had caused a little hiccup.

Was dealt with kindly, professionally and thoroughly. The Doctor took the time to ask relevant questions and give appropriate advice. Advice and treatment was explained clearly to me. A very positive experience given that I was in pain, but was treated with great consideration.

The on line Nhs form doesn’t give the patient chance to explain the issue as the drop down box is generic However I got an appointment quickly much easier than phoning and being number 30 in the queue to be told no appointments left! Dr took his time and listened as well
