    I used the online booking yesterday. No telephone queue, clear and easy ‘symptoms check’, quick and easy booking. It made the whole process simple, efficient and fast. If you can use it; then do try it!

    I visited the surgery on 02/08/24 to book an appointment and the person on reception was so friendly and eager to please. It was definitely service with a smile with excellent customer service skills an asset to the surgery for sure! Thank you.

    I have not booked a doctor's appointment for many years, and after all that you read in the news I was dreading trying to get an appointment when I felt ill. I tried the online "book an appointment" facility, and after going through a series of questions I was pleasantly surprised to be offered one at 8:30am that day. I turned up for my appointment, and after asking a number of questions and examining me, the doctor was able to diagnose me with shingles, and sent a prescription to the local chemist and also gave me guidance on how to look after myself. All in all an excellent service, and far better than I was expecting.

    I had a drug annual review with a doctor yesterday. The Doctor was very professional, listened & put me at ease. She was also very thorough. As an anxious patient it was very reassuring.

    I booked an online appointment and received a face-to-face consultation with a friendly doctor who listened carefully to my symptoms and engaged fully with me on a care plan.

    I am so grateful for the help and advice provided to my daughter today. She was in pain and very distressed after an outbreak of eczema around her eyes. I was able to make a same day appointment with a doctor at our usual surgery. The doctor was extremely helpful, reassuring my daughter and providing practical advice. We didn’t feel rushed and we were able to ask all of the questions we wanted to raise with the doctor. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

    I wanted to send my thanks to a very thorough and friendly anp R from the Sutton group practice who has not only been brilliant in her care with my young son but also acknowledged me being poorly and got me in the system and receiving care for pneumonia. I wanted to acknowledge how grateful I am for the care we have received from R who strives to do the best job she can even in these challenging times

    I saw a Doctor today whom I have seen before for an ongoing condition. She was very thorough, kind and caring towards me! This Doctor remembered my condition and has tried on several occasions to improve my treatment.     Dear Anonymous I am sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced. I am unsure from your review how you have tried to book an appointment. The easiest option to book GP appointments is to use our online booking system which is open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 12.00pm. This can be accessed using the details below; https://www.suttoncoldfieldgp.nhs.uk/health-information/book-an-appointment/ You will need to complete a form and at the end you will either be offered an appointment with a GP or other healthcare practitioner or receive a call from a GP. You can still book appointments by telephone if you aren't able to do the above. Thank you for letting us know about our phone message, this is an error and is being rectified.
