After a change of booking procedure, phoned the surgery which picked up very quickly. A very friendly, courteous, and helpful lady not only sent me the necessary link, but went through the whole booking process. I then immediately had a further call offering an appointment the day after next although I had stressed throughout that this was a non-urgent matter. A brilliant service,many thanks.

I wanted to commend my nurse for the absolutely amazing care she has given me!! She has and continues to take care of me with such respect and empathy, and such a wonderful manner also She is indeed an absolute gem to have on your team ☺️ Thank you for your patience and lovely demeanour A painful and unpleasant issue and I felt reassured and relaxed throughout 🙌🏽 I would also like to mention the absolutely astounding telephone care from the lady who rearranged my nurse appointment Her telephone manner, patience and attention to detail really put me at ease She listened and responded so kindly and very friendly and sorted my appointment within minutes, with a very prompt call back 🙌🏽 Another wonderful member of your team, and I haven’t even met her Appreciate your care, professionalism and still making me feel like a human, rather than an NHS number!! Thank you ladies Keep it up ☺️☺️

I’ve had a brilliant experience with the Four Oaks Medical Practice today. Receptionists are just lovely and so sympathetic. Appointments are so easy to book and very user friendly. Could not recommend more.

I used the online booking yesterday. No telephone queue, clear and easy ‘symptoms check’, quick and easy booking. It made the whole process simple, efficient and fast. If you can use it; then do try it!

I visited the surgery on 02/08/24 to book an appointment and the person on reception was so friendly and eager to please. It was definitely service with a smile with excellent customer service skills an asset to the surgery for sure! Thank you.

I have not booked a doctor's appointment for many years, and after all that you read in the news I was dreading trying to get an appointment when I felt ill. I tried the online "book an appointment" facility, and after going through a series of questions I was pleasantly surprised to be offered one at 8:30am that day. I turned up for my appointment, and after asking a number of questions and examining me, the doctor was able to diagnose me with shingles, and sent a prescription to the local chemist and also gave me guidance on how to look after myself. All in all an excellent service, and far better than I was expecting.

I had a drug annual review with a doctor yesterday. The Doctor was very professional, listened & put me at ease. She was also very thorough. As an anxious patient it was very reassuring.

I booked an online appointment and received a face-to-face consultation with a friendly doctor who listened carefully to my symptoms and engaged fully with me on a care plan.

I am so grateful for the help and advice provided to my daughter today. She was in pain and very distressed after an outbreak of eczema around her eyes. I was able to make a same day appointment with a doctor at our usual surgery. The doctor was extremely helpful, reassuring my daughter and providing practical advice. We didn’t feel rushed and we were able to ask all of the questions we wanted to raise with the doctor. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
