I wanted to send my thanks to a very thorough and friendly anp R from the Sutton group practice who has not only been brilliant in her care with my young son but also acknowledged me being poorly and got me in the system and receiving care for pneumonia. I wanted to acknowledge how grateful I am for the care we have received from R who strives to do the best job she can even in these challenging times

I saw a Doctor today whom I have seen before for an ongoing condition. She was very thorough, kind and caring towards me! This Doctor remembered my condition and has tried on several occasions to improve my treatment. Thank you so much for your continued support and the support of the whole Four Oaks Medical Centre team!

Dear Anonymous I am sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced. I am unsure from your review how you have tried to book an appointment. The easiest option to book GP appointments is to use our online booking system which is open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 12.00pm. This can be accessed using the details below; https://www.suttoncoldfieldgp.nhs.uk/health-information/book-an-appointment/ You will need to complete a form and at the end you will either be offered an appointment with a GP or other healthcare practitioner or receive a call from a GP. You can still book appointments by telephone if you aren't able to do the above. Thank you for letting us know about our phone message, this is an error and is being rectified. I presented with a suspected stroke on 15/02/2024. Practice staff immediately tried to arrange an ambulance for me. After discussion with the ambulance coordinator I was referred back to the Practice. Staff then arranged for me to have an emergency appointment with a local doctor who subsequently advised that I go to A&E which I did. I cannot thank the Practice staff enough for their prompt action.

I completed the online appt booking request as I have a non- urgent migraine. The triage system worked well and a Dr called a few hours later as they were more concerned than I was! Friendly and helpful doctor who gave me advice for moving forward. I appreciate how busy they are and was impressed with the process.

Great phone appointment. I needed antibiotics which doctor prescribed and he also took extra time to call me back to confirm the prescription had been sent to my chosen pharmacy and also to talk to me about my pregnancy and give me details of flu jab which I really appreciated.

We have always had a wonderful service from sutton pk surgery.But we had to attend four oaks for my husband to have his medication checked. Upon meeting the pharmacist she became concerned about my husbands health and said we needed an ambulance. She sent for another doctor who insisted we got an ambulance even though my husband didn't agree. The paramedics who arrived said we needed to get to good hope immediately. We arrived there to be told my husband was in heart Failure. He was stabilised and within 2days was fitted with a new type of pacemaker. I can only thank four oaks med. Centre because their actions obviously helped to save my husbands life.

Trying to get my 16year old an appointment has been the worst experience. Receptionist not helpful. The whole process is a waste of time.

All experiences have been excellent for more than 20 years Never had a problem . All doctors who have looked after me in that time ,I have great admiration from both my wife and myself .
