Had problems with my colon for a whole weekend and contacted the practice online on Monday morning. Got an almost immediate response, the GP was genuinely concerned and wanted to rule out serious things. Couldn't ask for more, especially since it wasn't a phone call.

Have been a patient with this practice for many years. As in other practices, making a face to face appointment on the phone at 8 am is very challenging, but they have a system where you can send a message via their website and you receive a reply within 24 hours. This has worked very well in the past, as I was able to receive a prescription without needing to see the gp. On another occasion I was given an appointment with an advanced nurse practitioner, not ideal but at least I was able to receive treatment. I don’t think they have physician associates employed by the practice. Overall very happy

We constantly battle with the 8am rush, and are constantly trying to look at how we can improve this aspect of the service. We don't have Physician Associates at the practice currently. I found the reception staff extremely helpful and friendly when making my appointment by phone. The appointment followed swiftly. The doctor was very helpful and at the appointment was thorough and asked a colleague for a second opinion. A scan was requested and things have moved on well. A follow up telephone appointment with a doctor was reassuring and advice was helpful. My telephone is often unreliable and thanks to the surgery for calling an alternative number when necessary. Excellent practice!

Very efficient and highly professional staff ,thorough and pleasant ,prompt response ,no waiting,was seen before my appointment time,full diabetic review undertaken,all results of previous tests were explained

I was very nervous . The doctor saw me promptly and did not rush me at all. She was caring and so knowledgeable. She was reassuring and really listened to everything I said. I’m very grateful .

This surgery is just outstanding. I have always had a good experience with them. Specifically more recently I have been able to see the menopause nurse who helped me start HRT and eventually referred me onto the menopause GP. Who offers an incredible service for women struggling. I have been out of sorts for over a year until now. Very happy and lucky to have access to such a good practice.

I find most nurses exceptionally friendly and authentic as well as knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience in the 20years I have used the service, except once, when the mistake was acknowledged and the correct procedure followed in order to repair the situation. Honesty, an authentic apology and everything done to put things right made things much better. I'd like to say that this is also the experience of my family, though lack of resources such as long term trauma aware groupwork and therapy are not the fault of the practice, rather of funding within the system, Francis Grove does a wonderful job with what they have.

Great practice. The online system for requesting appointments is really efficient - one appointment was arranged same day, another for the following day. Doctors and nurses are friendly and thorough
