I attended the surgery last few days. Witnessed the staff having to deal with a rude person, when the staff were trying their best to help them. The staff are amazing and unfortunately have to deal with people like this quite often. This is a fantastic practice and the staff were professional and very helpful. I saw the nurse and she was very thorough and professional.

Forget my last review posted on the 9th of July it was sent out of anger for which I'm sorry. I went back to the surgery on the 10th of July the DR went out of his way to sort out a letter I needed. The staff have looked after me over the years the diabetic nurse has looked after me when I have been at my worst.

Reception staff unhelpful and uncaring and doctors not much better. Trying to get my bus pass renewed because I have sleep apnoea got letter from the doctor which I have to get in quick because there is a backlog but he had done it wrong so I talked to the receptionist but she was unhelpfull and not interested. The letter cost me £20 and it is useless to me so I'm going to have to speak to the doctor again about another letter. The place is going worse and I am thinking of going somewhere else

Dear Darren, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for your experience with the surgery. I can see that the GP compiled the letter in a very timely manner from you asking for it, within 2 working days due to you advising you needed it quickly. These letters are private work and extra to the GP's NHS work and can normally take 7 working days to complete. I am very sorry he missed one of the co morbidities. The staff are unable to change the letter without speaking to the GP and I am aware we gave you an appointment the day after to get the issue resolved. Kind Regards Nicola Practice Manager

Receptionist was abrupt, uncaring and unhelpful. Long waits for appointments at inconvenient times. If anyone can recommend a half decent doctor in the area I would love to know.

The receptionist here is constantly looking for an argument and is incredibly unhelpful You have to see Nurse Practitioners for weeks prior to being seen by a GP and then when you see the GP, they are so uncaring and unbothered that you wish you were still with the Nurse Practitioner.

It was easy to get through to the surgery on the phone The receptionist was clear and efficient and made an appointment quickly My visit to the doctor was prompt Caring and thorough All done with with a positive and reassuring manner With positive humour to make what can be a daunting experience into a positve one Thank you all

Came in for my annual review. Easy to get an appointment at a convenient time. The staff from reception team to the nurses and doctors are professional and approachable.

The Doctor was patient, listened and was thorough in their examination, checks, diagnosis and prescription. Also ordered follow up checks. I was so impressed best doctors appointment I’ve had on the NHS in 10 years and the Doctor was polite and humorous

I must commend the receptionists at this practice. They are very efficient and only too willing to help. The young lady I spoke to today (20/06/2023) was exceptional, and very efficient. The pharmacist was very helpful too when he called to advise me on some medication. I highly recommended this practice to anyone.

My husband and I moved to this practice a short time ago we are so impressed with the service provided by all the team - the GPS, the Practice Nurses, the Pharmacist particularly and all the Reception staff. The Reception staff give the first impression, with no waiting, smiling welcolmes and efficient dealing with requests. The GPS have been brilliant, dealing with my health problems so promptly and the Practice Pharmacist has personally smoothed out my medication needs (which caused such anxiety) so everything now syncs seamlessly every month! This is NHS Prime Care at its best. Thankyou so much.
