Both my wife and I, who visit this surgery fairly regularly, have always found the service provided excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We do find the opportunity to have a telephone consultation an additional bonus as sometimes this works for both parties just as well. Plus able to have a "face to face", if required. So Many Thanks to you all and our best wishes.

Due to personal circumstances I have been contacting the practice more than usual over past few months. Everyone has been very helpful, receptionists, back office staff, nurses and doctors. Always going above and beyond to support me in very difficult time. I feel well looked after and I am very happy to be the patient of Glenlea Surgery

I’ve only ever had positive experiences of the surgeries; Glenlea, West Lodge and Calverley (although Glenlea is the one I use the most). The reception staff are very calm, patient, friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I have always felt very comfortable in appointments with both Nurses and Doctors. I’ve always managed to get an appointment when needed and when I’m in the waiting room I’m never kept waiting too long. They’ve always followed up when necessary with results and useful links and further advice.

Since transferring from our doctors whose practice closed, I have been very impressed with this surgery. Pleasant helpful receptionists. My husband and I have seen one of the doctors who was very nice. We did not have to wait long for our appointment when we arrived. We also were able to book our covid boosters and my husband has already had a health check- first for many years. Nice environment. Really glad we have transferred here

Not seen a Dr in nearly three years only nurses, hard to get an immediate appointment when needed.I called a few time in person , only to be told no appointments for 2 weeks. Had phone put down on me, after trying to make a blood test arrangement. That was a couple of years ago. Which was reported and my wife manage to get me in after talking to the practice manger. Very poor service on reception

We want to help patients access the practice as easily as possible and below is a list of alternative ways to access services at West Leeds Family Practice and are available via the practice website www.westleedsfamilypractice.co.uk • 1 / REGISTER FOR ONLINE SERVICES • book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse, or other healthcare professional. • order repeat prescriptions • see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations, and test results • see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals. 2 / REGISTER FOR NHS APP NHS App allows you to access lots of different health and care websites and apps with just one set of login details. You can securely access many digital health and care services with one email address and password. You will need: • an email address (with more than 6 characters) • a mobile phone number 3 / PATCHS Accessing PATCHS: you can access PATCHS by clicking on the banner on your GP website or using the NHS App (if your GP practice have enabled access). Submit your request to the GP Practice: Simply choose the appropriate option regarding your request and answer a few simple questions to help your GP understand your problem. Your answers are then sent to your GP who will respond as quickly as possible during their opening hours. Initial responses may be via online message or telephone, and face-to-face or video consultation appointments will be arranged if needed.
