I went to Glenlea this morning to have my bloods taken. Having bloods taken is something which has given me anxiety since a poor experience at a different NHS establishment 2 years ago. The care giver who took my bloods this morning was excellent! Very understanding and a very positive experience. Thank you x

Along with the Doctors and nurses at Glenlea surgery are the reception staff and pharmacists, who work very hard at managing everything beyond a diagnosis. I have spoken to the surgery in two occasions today. The first call was initiated by myself as an inquiry and the receptionist was kind, helpful and reassuring. I received an unexpected call a little while later from the surgeries Pharmacist, regarding a new medication I have recently begun for psoriatic athritis. The pharmacist was extremely informative and I know exactly what I need to do over the next few months. I took this opportunity to ask the pharmacist a few questions regarding my repeat prescription. Again, this was not a problem or inconvenience He ran through my whole list and everything is up-to-date.

I came for my sons immunisations, the nurse was friendly Helpful and patient. We did not have to wait long in the waiting room. As always the surgery we’re very good

All staff from the moment I spoke to reception through to the actual appt were amazing! Very helpful, understanding and went above and beyond to assist with my query! Highly recommend!

I joined this surgery approx 1 year ago after being kicked off my old GP for being out of area. I wish we’d have joined Glen Lea earlier as we’ve lived in Bramley 5 years and thought the other GP practice was good, but we soon learnt their service was shocking compared to Glen Lea. The reception ladies are always lovely on the phone and reception (be kind to them, after being a GP receptionist in a previous life, it’s a tough job!) the doctors are fantastic (the ones I’ve seen or spoken to so far all seem very nice). The communication at the surgery between doctors, reception staff and the patient is also great. Never left in the dark and always get a call or text with info and updates etc. one special mention, I needed a fertility blood test carrying out on a specific day, but the surgery didn’t have any availability so I had to get the form printed by the practice and endure a lengthy visit to the hospital phlebotomy dept, only when I got to the GP practice the nurse (from Tuesday, won’t let me name the nurse unfortunately in the review!) called me up to the room and printed my form and offered to do my blood test there and then, absolutely fantastic and cannot thank her enough, as I work full time also so appointments are always a challenge. Massive thanks to everyone at the surgery for going above and beyond for me in the last year and I hope everyone there gets to read this. Thanks again.

Turned up for my flu jab on a Saturday morning. Was called in straight away. Surgery was clean and presentable, lots of staff about and was running smoothly. Separate exit once my appointment was finished. A good experience

Was dealt with by reception quickly. The nurse I saw was efficient and willingly answered my questions. Have been there a few times now for "jabs" and have always found it the same. I have to say that I have never had to see a doctor, I am referring to reception and nurses, but would like to think they would be the same

Extremely efficient and friendly staff. Very well organized and super fast process. Great care and attention to patient needs. Highly efficient medical staff. The whole experience could not have been better.
