The practice has got me fully enthused into taking on diabetes. I’ve had encouragement access to information and the latest equipment. It’s been the personal aspect that’s been the most encouraging though.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful both face to face and over the phone. Drs and nurses that I have come in contact with have always had a caring and welcoming manner.

I had my flu/covid jab at Glenlea surgery. I was a little early but was allowed in. The gentleman at the door was very helpful getting me a mask which I had forgotten. Straight to the room. Was sat outside the room for about a minute then straight in. Both jabs one ( one in each arm) no problems the straight out. Fantastic

I have not managed to see any professional at this practice for a number of years, all that is happening is telephone consultations, despite a message saying that everything was back to normal, which should mean seeing a doctor, where is the NHS!!!!!

I have had an ongoing MSK problem for more than 3 months. I have required initially to have a phone consultation with a GP and then review by phone leading to face to face visits. The reception staff have also offered me face to face including being seen at an alternative venue on a weekend. Each time if I call at the allocated times I have spoken to helpful receptionists and I have always managed to get an appointment. The GPs that I have encountered have been very thorough in their assessments, listened to my concerns and made a considered plan involving me in the process. My partner has also had very similar experiences recently. I know it is not always easy to be on the phone at the exact times to get an appointment for everyone and there may always be opportunities to try and improve this for some people but in general I would like to say thank you to the practice.
