I found my experience pleasant as GP listened well to what I was saying and gave sound advice about how I could improve my outlook on life. I didn’t feel rushed and I was given time to explain my situation. It was an overall a good experience. I would recommend the medical practice I go to to family and friends.

Would like to say thanks to the reception staff who are currently dealing with the phone calls and over the counter, after a rocky couple of years and some less than helping experiences in the past, the current crew are all fantastic! This makes such a difference and is much appreciated. It's a difficult job and they are doing it superbly. Thank you.

Grateful thanks to my GP and the Practice Nursing Team for their very thorough investigations of my health concerns over the last few months. Their approachable and supportive care has been greatly appreciated.

I visited the physiotherapist yesterday. It was an excellent experience. The physiotherapist listened carefully to my concerns, then clearly explained potential treatment and outcomes. It was very reassuring.

Many thanks for the very very speedy referral to Bristol Southmead Urology and their response. I got an mri scan and the result within 3 weeks from 1st visit to GP and within 2 weeks of referral to Urology.

My was an effective & informative consultation. Schedule met; cheerful greeting; patient & well-humoured reception; clarity with follow-up appointment, additional information & defined strategy for future. The software supporting your enquiry is tedious & ill-thought-out.

The doctor concerned dealt with my two health related queries in a friendly efficient manner. He generated a prescription for ointment to deal with a long standing problem with my left hand + a request for a urine sample to the one supplied on 29 January (which had apparently never reached the lab.
