Easy to book (they called me back to save me waiting in a queue. Got a convenient appointment. Seen promptly. Was listened to and understood. Doctor took decisive action and I already have a follow-up appointment with a consultant (I was contacted the next day to arrange). Excellent service.

I saw a practitioner yesterday, very attentive and explained everything. Referred to Dermatology and before the day was out I heard from Health Harmonie with an appointment today . Excellent service from all concerned.

Saw the GP with neck pain at 3pm on Tuesday. He referred me to the practice’s in-house physio and got me an appointment at 9am the next day. Fantastic service

I needed an urgent GP appointment following a County hospital out of hours appointment on Sunday 23 June 2024. I was given an appointment on Monday 24 June, which was reassuring. I was able to have a thorough discussion of my symptoms and a way forward was agreed. I felt unrushed and was given every opportunity to ask questions.

I needed a quick appointment. The staff did what they could even though no appointments were available that day. I was able to see a doctor the day after. Dr. was attentive and thorough. Great bedside manner!

I found it extremely difficult to get a face to face appointment. You can only book appointments for the same day. I phoned as soon as they opened, yet I could not see the doctor who had asked to see me. They need more staff to answer phones and more doctors. If you manage to get to see a doctor, they are all amazing.

I recently moved to Staffordshire from the North West. The experience at Gnosall has been outstanding. I attended in April, it was relatively easy to get an appointment, the reception staff were helpful and friendly staff. The Doctor made me feel valued and listened to and gave me some options to ease my issue.

Doctor was very patient & did not rush the consultation. She was very well informed regarding my medical history & advised regarding future medication. She was thorough with her examination & had a very pleasant manner.
