I had to visit the practice four times this week and from receptionists to doctors to nurses the treatment I received was just outstanding. Each person went the extra mile to ensure I received the care I needed. At a very difficult time it is so good to know that you are in safe hands. Thank you so much.

Easy to arrange appointments whether telephone or Face to Face. Always had appointments on day of requesting. Attentive, efficient staff and adjacent well stocked pharmacy. Nil issues.

You can always get a same day appointment if you call at 8.30. Lots of different levels of professionals you can see. Friendly and clean with lots of parking

The practice will see you on the same day as you contact them (on the whole - so long as the call is early in the morning). I’ve never had any communication issues with any of the doctors and they are thorough and personable.

Gnosall surgery continues to offer a great experience. Saw a new doctor recently who was fantastic. Listened to everything with empathy and didn’t judge. Was very thorough and empathetic. Can’t praise the doctor or the surgery enough

I made an appointment to see a doctor, which was ten days away, however my problem got worse so I phoned the surgery around twenty to nine and got an appointment on the same day. Saw a lovely doctor who diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in her explanation of the matter and how best to treat it. I have always found the Surgery to be most helpful whenever I have needed them.

When the practice opened it was truly good. But over the years it has in my opinion degenerated beyond belief. Appointments at a time convenient to yourself are almost impossible to get and back in November last year despite asking to see a Senior Doctor and being assured that I would, I ended up seeing a trainee, who undoubtedly wanted to help but hadn’t even read my notes prior to me arriving. I feel that this surgery delayed treatment for me by 11 months. Since then I’ve been seen by a number of teams across the NHS in Staffordshire and apart from the last respiratory nurse I saw, communication between them and yourselves seems inadequate to put it politely.

Never have a problem getting an appointment, usually on the day of asking too. Doctors always listen, and refer you on if needs be. Useful to have pharmacy on site too.

Since registering as a patient back in 1997 I have always received excellent service from everyone involved in the Gnosall Health Centre. From the first initial phone call my needs have always been met. When necessary I have been able to obtain an emergency call or appointment that day. I have nothing but praise for the way my surgery operates. I hope it never changes.
