I saw a GP within one day of registering a medical problem online. The doctor I saw was kind, gentle, reassuring and listened carefully to my problem. I have never had a bad experience with this practice since I registered approximately 16 years ago. Thank you all for your continued good work.

I have been very fortunate over the last 12 months to received treatment from two bright intelligent doctors who have quickly actioned and treated my case but they keep disappearing and I loose my continuity

I haven’t had the need to seek help/advice from the doctor for some years, I was pleasantly surprised at the service. From my initial phone call through to the appointment just over an hour later, it was straightforward. The digital check was easy to navigate, the waiting room airy and pleasant, not cramped or crowded. My doctor greeted me with a smile and put me at ease. Top marks from this patient

I woke with excruciating pain in my left leg and foot while taking my narrow boat down the Macclesfield canal. That's about 40 hous sailing and 40 locks from Gnosall. I couldn't sleep or walk at this stage. Phoned the surgery, in a queue of 2 for a few seconds then offered a telephone appointment in the afternoon. Doctor was sympathetic and agreed with my diagnosis, he was able to send a prescription to a pharmacy close to where I was moored. After a couple of days I began to get more mobile and with a bit of help made it home. Rang the surgery in the morning and once again offered an afternoon appointment, this time in person. The NHS gets a lot criticism, but on this occasion it did exactly what it was designed to, thank you.

Gnosall Surgery is the best in terms of availability of appointments, service and health care. Myself and family members have used the practice on a number of occasions and have not been disappointed with the help and advice provided. No complaints whatsoever! Sadly, I have heard differently from others as to the difficulties they have getting appointments and the service provided at their respective practices.

I’ve been a patient here for about 30 years and although I don’t have to visit often I’ve always been able to ring up on the day for appointments, all clinical staff I’ve seen (doctors, nurses, physios, midwives, health visitors) are kind and efficient and reception team are friendly and helpful. Thankyou!

Never had an issue getting through on the telephone, usually very quick, always able to resolve issues quickly either by appointment with nurse or doctor. Various options given such as face to face, telephone call back or video call. I have confidence in the staff here and feel I am well looked after here.

I have raised my family in the area for 12 years and always found the team at Gnosall friendly and helpful having used Gp, Nurses, Health Visitors, physiotherapy, podiatry, pharmacy, mental health team and minor surgery services at the practice. Yes sometimes it can be tricky getting an appointment but the reception staff have always understood when an appointment has been needed and done everything they can to help. Great team and feel very fortunate to have this on my doorstep. Thank you.
