   This practice does a good job by providing many trainee or newly qualified doctors, which makes it easier to get an appointment or a remote consultation. It does mean, however that you seldom see the same person. It is time consuming getting the "on the day " connection, but if you do get through the service is good. There is probably too much responsibility put on reception staff to make medical judgements. The nurse, physiotherapy and other services are good.
