    Notes written on app about conversations/appointments incorrect. Details sent in letter incorrect. Prescription went through at too low a dose. Almost impossible to get the problem fixed. Difficult to get through on the phone. Argumentative and rude receptionists.

    I started with this practice quite a few years ago. They weren’t great then but have gotten worse and worse. Today I waited over an hour to speak to reception. When I did speak to them they were shockingly rude. There seemed to be an issue with the phone connection on their end, I could hear them perfectly but they apparently couldn’t hear me. This would have been annoying but fine if they weren’t talking rudely about me to other staff! As I said I could hear them but they seemed to think I couldn’t. Doctor wasn’t much better in politeness. No point complaining to the practice manager as they don’t get back to you either. They had a lovely operations manager who apparently has left recently, small wonder!! Will be moving practice ASAP! Do not register here if you are looking for a GP!!!!!

    Physio (musculoskeletal therapist) is an absolute god send very professional and Knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and answer my questions in an empathetic and calm way explaining my issue in detail. He gave excellent advice and I thoroughly recommend seeing him for any musculoskeletal issues

    This morning I went to the pharmacy to collect my medication. As I patient what I've witnessed was beyond disgusting. The manager was so rude and arrogant towards the front desk lady at the reception(the lady with the red hair). She did not even care that the ground floor is full of patients and that they can observe all this. I am still in a shock. She needs to learn some manners. They don't look after their staff. Imagine how much they care for us!!!

    I have no words to describe how careless this surgery is. I had a horrible experience so does my whole family. All the nice and caring people who have worked here are now gone. I was seeing Dr nr she is no there anymore. I started seeing Dr ai and I was told she has also left. I was viewing their website and was happy to see Dr pn's name. I called the surgery the next morning and they said he is no longer here. Why are you lying to people and keep Drs name on your official website knowing that they don't work at you surgery anymore. Every time you call they book you wat a PA. This is a pure example of the careless surgery . Whoever runs this surgery care about money and no patients and their health.

    Had an appointment with the nurse yesterday 19/07/24, from the get go, it was a lovely experience, the young receptionist was happy and helpful, then meeting the nurse and going through my test, the whole experience was wonderful. Thank you to all.

    I recently visited the GP Surgery and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend!

    GP surgery is a team of professional and friendly staff. I never had any problem. My only concern is the booking the urgent appointment. Usually, it take around 30 to 40 minutes of hold before any staff member answer. This telephone appointment booking need to improve.
