I don’t remember the secretary name all know was a male guy. I personally have never had a bad experience with this GP. I called them on a weekday morning and got through within 5/10 minutes. The secretary was very helpful, kind and funny. I was given an appointment same day and he managed my expectations on referrals. Really give credit to Medical Secretary as takes pride in his job. Well done Goodmayes Medical Centre.

He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my referral and book my appointments, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and support provided by the GP and staff at Goodmayes Medical Centre. They are incredibly approachable, polite, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of their service is delivered in a timely and professional manner. I have been dealing with several health concerns recently, and the team has been extremely helpful throughout. Whether it’s booking telephone or in-person appointments, arranging referrals, assisting with repeat prescriptions, or ensuring timely tests, they have consistently gone above and beyond to support me. The GP’s attentiveness and the staff’s efficiency have truly made a positive difference in managing my health. I feel reassured and satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend Goodmayes Medical Centre to others. Thank you for your outstanding care!

I saw a doctor to discuss some troubling symptoms I was experiencing. He was so understanding and caring. He listened to me without interruptions and gave me some great advice. I could not recommend this doctor or practice more highly. Thank you so much.

Very happy with the service I got from start till end. Booked my appointment via NHS app e consult section and got a call next day. I was booked for one on one with GP and he explained everything so politely. Thanks once again for great service.

We had an appointment with Dr today. I was reassured by the reception to make sure she is able to see her downstairs only to be told that the doctor won’t come downstairs on the day. This is unacceptable because we were told ahead of the meeting they would accommodate?! Patient has multiple fractures and was asked to either come back or use the stairs. Reception and doctors were completely unsupportive.
