Well my Gp was ok and i can recommend them to sone of my friends. Getting better the reception staffs and them know what or how will entertain the patient's need.

Each time locum GP or Practice GP have been very concerned for my health wellbeing and referral were made to hospital as necessary to diagnosis by X-ray , MRI scan , blood tests. That is caring patient care and wish will continue.

The main GP does not leave himself available for appointments the locums just like to tick boxes The term GP is meant to mean family doctor but.now it's all about the money Tey getting an appointment tent and the secretaries will frustrate the he'll out you bit as soon as ther is an opportunity to earn they are calling you in on a drop of a hat. Blood.pressure checks etc

Gp surgery is very nice staff is cooperative and Dr are very co operative and diagnosis process is very good. Quite lesser waiting time. I will recommend for this GP to my friends and family. only one thing that needs to be added is weighing machine and bp machine ro be installed on premises so it can reduce the dependency on Nearest zydus pharmacy. I had a bad experience with zudus pharmacy as they over charges for medicines compare to other pharmacies and staff is also not polite for zydus and no refund policy-as you leave the pharmacy. This pharmacy i will not recommend to any one.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment . Tried calling at 08:00 as requested and after waiting on line for over 30 minutes and only to be told no appointments.

Dear Bhupendra Patel I would like to apologise for your experience. We aim to facilitate and provide both pre-bookable and same-day appointments for patients who contact the surgery. When a patient requests a same-day appointment, we aim to provide this to patients who contact the surgery from 8 am on the day. We always strive to meet the needs of patients and have allocated telephone and face-to-face appointments for those patients who need to be seen on the same day. The demand for same-day appointments can vary from day to day and may have an impact on the availability on occasion. On this occasion, we may have been unable to offer you an appointment. Our reception team are all trained care navigators and will ensure that some brief details are taken from patients to ensure that patients are supported as much as possible to be seen by the appropriate clinician. We have a varied team of health professionals to deal with patient needs as well as access to refer patients to community services such as pharmacies, for increased same-day access. We continually monitor and review patient demand to ensure that we have the right level of availability for patients to access our clinicians and to achieve effective and efficient patient flow. I was extremely pleased to receive a callback to my call recently which saved me staying a queuing to wait for my call. The staff were then helpful to book me an appointment with clinical pharmacist and when I came to the surgery, I was called up straightaway and was cared for attentively. Thank you!

A family member booked in to see the GP via the receptionist regarding health issues. The doctor was not helpful and spoke so rudely accusing of wasting their time. There was no empathy and the doctor did not want to listen to the needs of the patient , then marched into the reception area to tell the receptionist off, for booking the appointment in the first place in front of a crowded waiting room. Complete waste of a morning. No professionalism shown. Stay away from this practice

I always try to avoid this doctor!! Unfortunately I had an appoitnment booked with her and she is so arrogant and very looks down on uou. Pls avoid booking with her a t all costs…on the other hand mr shah is much more understanding and takes the time to look after you.

Can never get an appointment Have to call at 08.00 when you do get through at 08 15 told all appointment have gone and to call back next day or call another number and travel 20 minutes on a bus. This is without the new patients they will get from the new flats being built
