I feel privileged to know that when my health isn't at its best, the multidisciplinary team (MDT) at Gough Walk Surgery has been exceptionally supportive. This team includes front desk receptionists, pharmacist, associate nurses, practice nurses, physician assistants, junior doctors in rotational training, and the main general practitioners. Over the past several months, I have interacted with all these professionals, and they have demonstrated empathy and a genuine commitment to supporting me during this challenging time in my life. Whenever various health interventions were necessary, the collaborative efforts of the MDT healthcare team were evident through timely referrals, tests and multiple appointments. While the NHS does face unavoidable delays, I cannot fault the prompt actions or referrals that have helped me during these anxiety-inducing times. Providing consistent healthcare to so many vulnerable and worried individuals is no easy task. However, the unwavering commitment to treatment has been evident. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff members from the reception to the first floor for their extensive support and reassurance over the past few months. Thank you all!

I experienced stomach problems that were ultimately diagnosed as an H. pylori infection. The staff guided me through the necessary tests and provided excellent support throughout the process. The doctors who treated me were incredibly helpful, and I’m truly grateful for their care. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their assistance and dedication.

My child was seen by Dermatologist for an ongoing issue. She listened to my concerns and was quick to diagnose the issue having done a thorough examination, where previous practitioners dismissed. My concerns were falling on deaf ears previously, and I finally felt heard. Very satisfied with the care received. What a lovely lady

I had a appointment on the 15th of January at 5pm and I was very happy with the doctor who saw me, excellent in listening to my worries and conditions I spoke about, answering all my concerns

I went to the doctor because of my on going problems with my legs I’m under vascular clinic I told the doctor my legs get cold at night and painful he was a locam doctor he gave me amitriptyline tablets but that is for depression and mood swings which I don’t have he ever increased my metforin but I diabetic is under control which I told him

This was my second appointment with the dermatology doctor. First appointment was at a different location. I preferred the Gould Walk practice. I received great service from Doctor. She listened to my concerns and dealt with my symptoms accordingly.

The doctor was very friendly and polite. She patiently listened to all our complaints, which took quite a long time since we’ve been undergoing treatment for a while. Based on our complaints, she prescribed a course of treatment with several medications. We are very glad to have been treated by her, as my child really liked her.

Last doctor that visited me was extremely attentive and thorough during her examination. She paid attention to the explanation of my symptoms as I have been very unwell for more than 6 weeks. She gave me medications that other practitioners didn’t In the previous weeks, even if my symptoms were serious. Thanks to her I am now steadily improving and feel much much better.

Would just like to say DrA is amazing. I cannot thank her enough for how she has looked after me this week. A very caring and compassionate doctor who went out of her way to get me the right treatment. She is the kind of doctor every person should be so lucky to have in their 'care corner. Thank you

Very good would recommend to others to go there too. Right next to all sant station Very easy to get too. The staff very pleasant , efficient & polite Very pleased with my experience & outcome
