Had a video appointment at 10:40 this morning. The pharmacist doesn’t understand why I was not able to book with a doctor as she is not able to give me any advice. I told her that the minute I select skin problem I was automatically put to the pharmacist appointment slot. Anyway, she sent me a link to book with the doctor. Unfortunately, the link expires today, 6/12/24 but there is no appointments for the next three months. Most of the time the earliest I could make a digital appointment is 3-4 weeks. I could hardly have a face-to-face and am extremely unhappy about surgery.

As you will have seen from our emails, over the past week we have been in the process of switching our appointment and consultation system, which I hope will improve your experience in the future. All appointments are now booked via our website. App-first GP practice used to be great for quick access to phone/video appointment with appropriate practitioner. Today I needed new prescription for known condition - system gave me appointment with physio who can't prescribe; no GP appointment available for over a week; no option for call with a prescribing pharmacist; no one available at the reception number listed; no online contact method unless you agree that not urgent/ok with no response for 2-3 days; no answer from number it tells you to call if is urgent

Thanks for your comments, and I am sorry to hear of your difficulty. You can request repeat prescriptions via the NHS app, or by using the "admin" function of our online booking system. We respond to all admin queries within one working day, so there should be no delay. As your review is anonymous, I can't reach out to you to solve this, but if you put through an admin request, this will be reviewed promptly.

No gp appointments available from November to January 2025. The app does not show the doctors that I have seen before at all, the support team advised to check the gp availability every day by calling to them. So how many days I should call to see a doctor who knows me? 30 days, 60 days or 365 days?? I have multiple complex health issues that require a doctor who knows me. It is a health hazard. I have to book at least 5 appointments with the gp but I can't. I am cut off from NHS healthcare. These services do not comply with standards. My medications were changed/ added and the gp does not know about it at all. There is no possible to discuss hospital investigations with the gp or ask him about the help. The admin team does not upload all hospital documents to my record at all. There are missing so many documents and I have to book appointments with the gp to discuss it as my health issues are complex and some of them are rare or rare diagnosis. When I asked about the email address to contact a responsible team the support team said that unfortunately she can't give me a contact? This is the first time I hear that the patient is not allowed to do fundamental rights.

As your review is anonymous, I can't reach out to you personally to help resolve your issues, but if you contact our Feedback email with your details, I would be happy to do so. It is worth noting that we have a large number of on the day appointments available, and also allow the booking of routine appointments with specific Clinicians, but there may be more of a wait for these. We are shortly planning to introduce a new booking system that will make this much easier, and also allow you to send a message to the Practice in situations where an appointment may not be required. I hope that this will improve your experience.

I attended for a flu jab and was in and out in five minutes. Easy to book at appointment and really friendly receptionist and nurse.

I was sent a link to book a follow up appointment in person but when you click the link no available appointments appear so you can't follow up. Booking a new online appointment will take another 4 weeks.

We went for my child’s flu vaccination at the Euston Clinic. The appointment began on time, and the practitioner was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this service.

Really not had much to be concerned about until now and whenever I’ve had appointments online or face to face the practitioners have been fab. It’s now a real struggle to get an appointment or contact GP at hand at all and unless you sit and check the app many times a day you don’t stand a chance. It shouldn’t be like this it’s wrong in so many ways, I know things are being moved over to the nhs app which are supposed to improve things but it’s not really good enough in the meantime. I have been unable to book an appointment with the same GP as suggested by them at my last appointment and I had to take an appointment with a different GP. I was really disappointed and deflated with the overall consultation and feel that any progress made into getting a solution over the last 9 months came crashing down. Overall really upset about the whole experience yesterday along with the current booking situation and the lack of consistency.
