    Just a few days ago, I realised I was running low on my regular medication and needed a quick refill. I used the GP Pathfinder Clinics' automated call handler to get through to the practice, and there was no queue at all, which was such a relief. The receptionist advised me to use the online consultation service to request my medication. The process was straightforward and took just a few minutes to complete. I received a response within the hour confirming that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Later that day, I had a question about the dosage, so I used their WhatsApp service. The response was almost immediate, which I greatly appreciated. This recent experience highlighted how efficient and patient-focused their service is. I was able to handle everything digitally, without having to wait or make multiple calls. This kind of service is invaluable, especially when dealing with ongoing health needs like mine. I highly recommend GP Pathfinder Clinics for their efficiency and excellent patient care.

    Last week, I had a worrying episode of chest pain and needed to consult with a GP urgently. I contacted GP Pathfinder Clinics, and thanks to their automated call handler, I was able to get through without waiting in a queue. The receptionist suggested I fill out the online consultation form, which was quick and easy. Within 30 minutes, I received a callback and was given a same-day appointment. The GP I saw was thorough and immediately referred me for further tests to ensure there was nothing serious. I also had a follow-up question the next day, which I sent through their WhatsApp service. The response was immediate, which was very reassuring. This recent encounter demonstrated to me just how well the practice manages urgent health concerns. The combination of a responsive digital service and caring medical staff made a potentially frightening experience much more manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for the prompt and professional care I received.

    Last week, my 5-year-old daughter developed a high fever, and I needed to book an urgent appointment. I called GP Pathfinder Clinics and was impressed with how quickly I was able to navigate their automated call system—there was no waiting, and I was able to speak to someone immediately. The receptionist directed me to their online consultation service, which I found very easy to use. I completed the form, and within 30 minutes, I received a call back to confirm an appointment for the same day. The GP was very caring and professional, taking the time to examine my daughter thoroughly and provide clear advice. I was also able to send a quick follow-up message via WhatsApp later that evening, and I received a prompt reply with additional guidance. This recent experience showed me just how efficient and supportive GP Pathfinder Clinics is, especially when dealing with concerns about my child’s health. I’m very pleased with the level of care we received.

    Personally I have had good treatment at this practice. It's relatively easy to get appointments without a long wait time and the staff is thorough most of the times. However the new systems implemented make it increasingly difficult to book appointments as it is very dependent on whether the programme thinks you are at risk or not, having to change answers that could give clinicians a clearer picture of your symptoms. This is the issue I've experienced lately with trying to book my appointments. I had to reach out to the reception team (which were very helpful and resolved my request in a reasonable time frame) because the appointment booking software would become too overwhelming.

    They were very helpful and fast online (on Whatsapp). I tried calling them to no avail, but chatting took around 5 minutes and I got help and a new appointment.

    I'll be honest, when I first joined, I had my doubts because the process wasn't clear to me, and I wasn't sure what to do. However, as soon as I visited the staff at Hazeldene, they walked me through all the services they offer and how I can access them. Now, I'm so happy with the flexibility—they offer phone consultations and even a chat service for arranging things, so I don't always have to attend in person. It's made managing my healthcare so much easier!

    I really needed to speak to someone over the phone as I could explain my situation better so they booked immediately a phone appointment so I could request a sick note as well so I’m satisfied thank you

    This GP practice registered me as a patient without my consent or knowledge on two separate occasions. This unauthorised registration had led to significant disruptions to my ongoing medical treatment and access to healthcare, including the cancellations of appointments at my own GP practice as they told me i am no longer registered as a patient with them. The accessibility of the practice is very poor, phone lines are extremely and it's a half an hour wait at minimum before you get through to anyone. When I am finally able to speak to someone, the staff are uncooperative, uncaring, and unwilling to assist in finding a solution to the issues caused by their mistake. It's caused alot of stress and anxiety because all my booked in appointments with my own gp practice were cancelled leading to a lot of delays in my treatment. This GP practice has made it significantly difficult for me to access the medical care I need and acted as a major barrier to my health & wellbeing. They do not have an explanation as to why I was registered with them as I'm clearly outside their catchment area living 40 miles away yet the receptionist and the surgery are unable to comprehend this. I'm still trying to resolve this issue to date as its now happened again.
