I called the practice which states lines open at 8am 2 mins to to a message the surgery in now closed called on the stroke of 8 to be told no appointments left call a 1pm called at 5to 1 to a message that there was a high volume of call press 1 for call back to wait another hour to be told again no appointments this has happened several days in succession even though 111 told me to call my gp what has to be done to secure an appointment this isn’t just myself but several others who come up against a brick wall sometimes the telephone is answered by another surgery and they didn’t even ask my name or date of birth just flat no appointments

Called looking for an appointment and received one the same day.The doctor couldn’t have been more attentive and compassionate.Although she was running late,she agreed to discuss another matter I raised. Again real concern and compassion shown. I needed a blood test and had no problem being given an appointment. The phlebotomist was as equally professional. My results were back in two days and had been seen by the doctor by the end of the day. I can’t be too complimentary about the service. We ve been with you for nearly twenty years and always found the service the same. Thank you for such a professional and compassionate service.

I have been with this practice since 2010 (I live rurally and do not drive so this is the only surgery I can go to) and for years have had repeated issues with getting my repeat prescriptions, my mother and brother have also had this problem. Either items are missing or nothing is sent over at all. This had been brought to their attention multiple times and even complaints have been made but they do not even acknowledge the problem, I don't even get a response from them now. Personally I have been made unwell due to this as well as my family members. Definitely would not recommend

My husband and I were notified of dates for our Covid booster. We booked dates for Monkspath and whilst we were there we were offered our flu vaccination too , so we gladly accepted it . Then the following day we both received a text from the surgery to offer us flu vaccinations this Saturday/Sunday at Knowle . (Ensuring we didn’t miss out!)The reason for this review is the excellent service we received from the office / reception staff . Thank you for your kindness.

I called the practice this morning to request a doctors appointment gave the receptionist my symptoms briefly and was told 9.40 attended the surgery but was seen by a paramedic? Not a doctor did not feel comfortable discussing my symptoms so just requested medication which he cannot do became he is not a doctor was there for 40ins if not more wait for him to message doctor snd wIt for response was told prescription had been to chemist called the chemist to see if they were ready to be told they had not received them called the surgery back and was told some were done some not I did explain I was out of one medication it did have some of the one however due to my health conditions I have to get someone to go to the chemist for me so I ordered the item slightly early was told they would message the docs again really upset and frustrated at the visit I would not have attended if I know it was a paramedic not a doctor this should be stated when the appointment was made I would not have requested a doctors appointment if I wanted to see a paramedic did not feel at all comfortable discussing the reason for my visit therefore did not. I also requested a support letter weeks ago and was told last week I could collect it at a cost of £45 today but this has not been done either dissapointing and upsetting I have struggled to get to the surgery and had my time wAsted
