I was seen by the paramedic on duty . He was thorough, friendly and put me at ease. He reassured me and explained what to do if I didn’t improve. Even though i felt so unwell , i felt that with the tablets prescribed hopefully i will improve

The new patches online system is working very well. I had a call back about an hour after I submitted the form with a next day appointment.

From start to finish the service has been amazing. I was able to book an appointment via Patchs, we didn’t wait long to be seen and the service received by the paramedic was thorough and provided lots of support, we were seen later on that day and we had great aftercare from the same paramedics following up the next day and 3 days after to check in on the progress of my 3 year old.

Great service, on time, waiting room not overly busy, friendly reception staff, good parking, Doctor took time to listen, explained what was happening, good consultation.

I was attended to by the onsite paramedic, very friendly, professional and thorough. Great addition to the services offered at the surgery

I have tried twice on a weekend to order prescriptions on line via Patchs .On both occasions it has not been available as the surgery has been closed . However it states in the text that was sent "this may be available outside of our usual opening hours. Was this a blip on the occasions I tried to order or is it permanently not available when surgery closed. Weekends tend to be the time that I order prescriptions as weekdays are usually so busy .

Seen paramedic nurse very polite and very helpful in dealing with my illness,promptly seen on time and would recommend surgery to family and friends

I contacted the surgery via patchs on a Sunday. Leaving details of my symptoms etc. I received a call back 8.05am the following morning with an appointment for 8.30am at Yew Tree, which was amazing. When I got to surgery I was able to book in on appointment self check in. I was seen very promptly by a paramedic technician. He was very thorough, made me feel relaxed and he listened to my symptoms. He did the usual checks and asked me corresponding questions. Overall I was very impressed with his professionalism and would have no qualms in seeing him again. I think it's a fantastic idea to introduce other clinic staff that are able to prescribe and relief the pressure of the doctors. I wanted to also thank the reception staff for their promptness in arranging my appointment. First class service.

After some back and forth with the GP, pharmacist and 111 I was eventually booked in with a paramedic for a face to face appointment on Monday morning. I hadn’t met the paramedic before but I felt he listened to my concerns and offered treatment quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to see him again.
