I have visited the practice on several occasions, each time, the care I have/ still need, has been incredible. I have seen a certain GP here on several occasions, she has always been so kind/ caring and understanding and really helped me alot . The whole team at yewtree medical centre are incredible, they work so hard constantly to look after all the patients they have. Even with pressure, they still greet you with a smile. Thank you so much yewtree medical centre team, you are all incredible.

Just had the absolute worst experience when trying to book an appointment for my son. Kept getting cut off when trying to explain the problem, being told I could only be seen for one of the reasons I was calling and made to feel stupid. Was told when I tried to call the day before that I had to call in the morning to make an appointment, and when I called bang on 8am, I'm told there's only 1 appointment left in another surgery and that he can only be seen for one reason! Terrible service, very very rude staff.

I waited for 1 hour 30 minutes for an ongoing appointment, in the end I had to walk out due to having 3 children at home, the receptionists are rude and speak everyone's business/health concerns for everyone in the waiting room to hear! A formal complain will be put in as it's unacceptable and now I have to rearrange my appointment due to a 1.30 wait first appointment and a 1.30 wait second appointment which I had to walk out so I wasn't seen!

I called to get an appointment for my daughter today 28/11 and I was told that they don’t have any appointments till the end of December. This is extremely bad service, the receptionist suggested that I call tomorrow to book on the day which I don’t think is appropriate as she is not actually I’ll but there is no other way of getting her seen Really unhappy with the service

Appreciated I didn't have a barrage of questions when trying to book a face to face appointment with the doctor. Receptionist gave first available. The doctor was caring and listened. It had been a while because of lockdowns.... She provided great reassurance and I felt a bit better when I left. Thankyou.

I can’t fault the practice, if you can’t get an appointment a GP will call you, but I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. Reception staff are friendly and efficient and help as much as they can . I would definitely recommend this practice

Total disappointment with the 2 receptionists, completely unprofessional, they do everything to make sure you don't have a decent service or even make a point of being support for people looking for service. They are not doing any favors for patients, the obligation is to treat everyone with respect and not treat people like they have done. In addition to leaving my review here, I will also make a formal complaint so that the type of treatment people receive when seeking care is closely monitored by superiors.
