    I tried for over a week to get nurse’s appointments for myself & husband. Used the ring back but that didn’t happen. Finally got through after a week & made appointments for us both. When my husband went to his they didn’t know anything about it, it hadn’t been put on the system.. The receptionists are not bothered and show it, can’t say about the Doctors as you can never see one. Repeat prescriptions usually have a problem too. Just don’t get why they’re advertising for new patients when they can’t cope with the ones they’ve got. It’s a shame this practice has become so bad.

    My mum is 92 and has had a leg ulcer for a while but nurse m has been so so wonderful she is compassionate, understanding and more importantly she has helped heal her leg so so much that it is nearly better. We were getting nowhere and I couldn't see it ever healing but she has explained and she has been so positive (my mum hated going to the surgery every week but now doesn't mind it) just a truly amazing nurse who gives100%

  3. Review titled Not fit to call itself a GP practice

    Impossible to see a GP. Have to ring at 8am or turn up in person, then no guarantee of an appointment. My repeat prescription has expired and I need a GP review to get it renewed. Reception are apologetic but unhelpful.

    Get a text message to have my annual review. Ring they are closed for training. What training do you do as nothing changes. Need to sort out appointments as can never get one. When you do get through and get down to no 1 in the queue it cuts you off. Disgusting. Pick my meds up and they tell me that they aren't on repeat anymore. I've not had a review yet. Absolutely useless. NHS are a joke now

    I saw hca today and she was a breath of fresh air. She was reassuring and made me feel listened too. She was amazing. The receptionist with blonde hair with pink in it. She is just so sweet and always goes out her way to help. She always has a smile and is understanding and sensitive when I'm sharing information. The manager is passionate and listens to the patients. These 3 support staff tonth GPs are amazing. I must say most of the drs are amazing too.

    Yet again another problem getting my prescription, husband took both of ours in, handed both to receptionist, his was done mine was lost !! Not for the first time either. This used to be a fantastic surgery not anymore. It’s really gone downhill.

    I had a good visit this morning with a lovely doctor, I was very satisfied with the appointment, however it is almost impossible to get an appointment normally and it makes you very distressed trying. On the other hand I felt that my experience this morning was very positive.

    1hour 20mins on hold today when I was told at the start of the call I was only 8 in the queue. Tried to get an appt with a nurse for stitches to be removed and there is no appointment's available for a ten minute job in the next week and a half. This is the first time I got through to speak to anyone in the past week. This practice needs investigating, there is never any appts and you rarely get to speak to a receptionist. Last two times I have had to go into the city centre to see gp plus for an appt.

    When you get to see the medical staff they are good and professional its just the waiting times to see them and trying to book an appointment is like pulling hen's teeth. Not sure why the reception still have the screens up either 🤔

    After reading all the negative reviews nothing has changed , still arrogant receptionists trying for 2 days to phone for an appointment and they don’t answer the phone but according to them they do..Please please do something about this.I hate the place.
