    On trying to register I was bluntly and quite rudely told "we're full and can't take new patients" despite the website saying they were accepting new patients. So I went back later and demanded to see the practice manager - miraculously a space had "opened up" and I was able to register. I can't get through on the phone to book an appointment though - they need to sort out the incompetent shambles that is their bookings system.

    After having surgery left with an open wound and released from hospital feeling very confused. Booked in to see the nurses to have wound packed and dressed every day. On first appointment the healing process was explained to me in detail which put my mind at rest. Wound heals from bottom up. I saw all nurses over a 3 month period and they got to know my pretty well. They are always friendly, explaining how the wound was doing and giving me advice on what I should and shouldn’t do to help the wound heal. They shared my disappointment when healing slowed down and celebrated with me when healing well. Going every day is pretty gruelling but always met with a smile and a friendly face. I want to thank all of the nurses that helped me during the last 3 months you all made it so much easier for me. Amazing team!

    Tried to register as a new patient today, was “greeted” by an extremely rude receptionist who said “you can’t we’re full”…….what do you mean “Full”, I’m a human being that pays my NI contributions and taxes and you’re telling me I can’t register……. So I was given a piece of paper for another surgery to “try”…….. Seriously, my father has just passed away I need help now, and all I get is a piece of paper. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I will be taking this mater further! You are a complete and utter waste of time!

    I was seen today ( and last week) by the nurse specialist for asthma. I have only just decided asthma and have had a terrible three weeks of acute dyspnoea with wheezing, low oxygen saturation levels and coughing constantly. I have been started on medication and am feeling so much better but the most important thing for me is the reassurance from the nurse and total understanding of asthma. I feel so lucky to have got the support and guidance after three weeks of struggling with 2 A&E visits & having paramedics out to administer nebulisers. I feel safe again and have a contact in place should I deteriorate again. I’m being investigated with spirometry & supervised with peak flow recordings. To suddenly develop an acute asthma attack at the age of 62 is very frightening indeed. I am so grateful for the expertise of the nurse who is overseeing my care.

    I cannot praise the staff enough for their commitment, empathy and general care. They have been a godsend to my family especially my daughter.

    I went down today to my medical centre for help, I use the nhs rarely and this was on the direct instruction of my midwife, as she had concerns and thought wise if I saw a doctor. I was turned away without a second thought and told either come back Monday, call 111 or go to a&e, I miscarried later today after a 5 hour A&E wait. My husband and I are very upset that a receptionist can make these sorts of decisions that affect peoples lives. Thanks for you help, this is what I pay our national insurance for!

    Trying to book follow up appointment for my husband today. Stood up at 8 am outside in -3 C to be told system is down and they don't know when will be working. From 8.30am constantly busy on the phone and managed to get on the queue at 9.35 to be 19 and connected around 10.00 to be told " No appointments. Ring tomorrow". After 9 hours in A&E last week and antibiotic treatment and GP phone consultation on 05/12/22 and been told by GP to review today to assess for need of further treatment and fitness for work. Been told phone 111 or go to your walk-in centre. Have no words to express my disappointment.
